Awesome place, just saw the Mesmerica special there in early December of 2022, very comfy, reminds me of the old planetarium growing up in the waukesha school district!

Took my kids here and we had a really good time. Staff was warm and inviting, presenter was knowledgeable and facilities were clean. We will definitely be back.

We went for a boy scout trip and the kids had fun and said it was cool. Us parents also enjoyed and I have to say I learned a few things about the Apollo program.

I have been going here since the planetarium opened, and even before that when it was downtown Waukesha by the public library. The location is great, being the Retzer Nature Center complete with all the nature trails it entails. But the planetarium itself is filled with all sorts of interesting and informational dioramas about space, be it the sun, or NASA shuttles. They hold special screenings outside of their usual star gazing shows, so make sure to check their schedule for those.

A variety of shows for all ages. Great hosts. An inexpensive way to spend an afternoon.

Staff was very friendly and informative. Facility was clean, seats were comfy, it was a good time.
