That was a fun, spur-of-the-moment visit. Walk by it every day, over lunch today I stopped in. Loads of history, fun relics...their phones and telegraph systems are wired up and work...the lady at the desk was fun to chat with for a bit. I will stop in again on a lunch hour when Ihave more time...there was more to read and learn.
What a fun place to visit! I had no idea this was here - and that it is a permanent display! You can also get your face printed on money! :
Very interesting. It was free and easy to walk through.
I've brought my son here a couple times, it's a nice little museum. I'd drop it to 4 stars for only being open M-F which makes it hard to take my kids there but those are normal finance hours. They pack a nice amount of stuff into a small space, and it does a good job of even keeping my 6 year old interested. For a museum that doesn't cost anything to visit, I can't really complain. It's even on the skyway level for extra easy in-and-out.
Always good to see the preservation of history. Lots of information on the history of Wells Fargo. Would recommend for schools and small groups or even if you're not from the area to check it out. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable when asked questions.
While they do have a cool Stagecoach, the museum is generally terrible. It's poorly staffed and the staff is poorly trained. There is a little information about Wells Fargo, but really not that much. It's so tiny and poorly put together that I I can only fathom that it is a tax shelter for Wells.
Open on Monday when all other attractions see closed. Good for an hour. Funnest parts were putting our faces on money and taking a Stage Coach simulation ride.
Worth a visit. You are not going to spend hours there but fun to stop in for a quick tour. Located on the skyway level. Great interactive exhibits for kids and adults a like. Great history and well put together.
It was a really cool museum with a lot of interactive things for the kids. It is upstairs from the bank kind of hidden away. The only reason I am not giving five stars is because parking cost $35
High rated this Bank 5 Star because the staff were very friendly and very speedy they got the job done as fast as possible and on to the next customer there's also some beautiful antique stagecoaches in the lobby antique baggageand of course the strongbox what they use to transport gold and money across the country... I've been banking at Wells Fargo for around 5 to 10 years.. the Gap was because I tried to TCF for a couple years and I didn't like it..
