Wendy's

Wendy's has been one of my favorite burger places for years. Hoping to see the service and quality standards start to trend upwards at some point. I think this location recently reopened after some recent renovations, so I know they are making investments and positive improvements. Looking forward to what's next since I'm still a fan.

I visited this Wendy's in Redwood city. No one complained about the food but. They were not taking orders and we had to use the kiosk. Not sure if they would even take cash. Interesting. And inside there was a bad smell so probably needs to be freshened up.Food: 2/5

We stayed next door and my husband wanted to surprise me with breakfast so he walked here. The dining room was not open yet so he tried the window, only to be refused service completely!!!! He definitely didn't look homeless. So much for the customer being served.

Food tasted great as a typical wendys. I'm disappointed that I mobile ordered and showed up after about 10 minutes only to wait about 15 in store to wait for my order. Drive thru was slow so it was just disappointing..... regardless food was great service was good, just slow compared to other wendys.Food: 5/5

Absolutely dirty restaurant. Dirty tables, dirty trash area, and dirty floors. Counter staff standing around not maintaining tables. They've been dirty several times w visits.Can't order at the counter only kiosks and drive thru. Empty parking lot a little worrisome service? and periodic homeless.Food: 3/5

Ordered at kiosk and when they called my name they filled the wrong drink. I said it was wrong then the guy switched the name to a different one. Then they just completely forgot about my order until I walked up to the counter. They hadn't even started my order 10 minutes after I paid. It wasn't even busy. Food was not good when I finally got it. Wasted my lunch break here today.

Timing can make or break an experience in a drive thru point of sale. My order was inaccurate including no large drink and no dipping sauce for my nuggets.asked for BBQ sauce. I spoke up at the window and finally got what I ordered and paid for. The staff did not know what the new "classic sandwich" was so they were unable to locate it and sell it although there are 2 signs on the menu for it. Picture below. In this case the customer knew more product knowledge that the employees. People are working hard at Wendy's and so honest mistakes are not that big of an issue. The classic new chicken sandwich was good but not quite as delicious as Popeyes or Chik fil A however there will be a small market for it!

A holistically one-star experience. Lunchtime on a Sunday and there were three employees, the manager didn’t know how to use the POS terminal, a basic combo meal took 15 minutes, employees were rude. The food was also surprisingly bad for Wendy’s. I have very low standards for fast food, but they found a new low

I've tried probably 5 times to get food at night at this location, using the drive-through. Last time, I sat in line for 10 minutes with 4 cars in front of me. I gave up and drove away. At other times, I've sat at the mic calling out to them, with no response. Yes, the Open sign was on. Never again.

Inside closed. Lady with lisp and facial hair talking over my food and disagreeing with me. I requested really cheese not cheese sauce.She was frustrated at me because she didn't speak English well and didn't understand me. By the time she figured it out my food was spit on and cold . Super annoying... Parking: Lots of parking because the dining room is closed at this time. Drive through only
