Had to wait a little while for my food but the young lady at the window name alleyia was very professional to be a younger lady. Very rude! Racist little African American kids work herebetween ages 16-21! Terrible lousy customer service! DON'T GO HERE OR WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE! They kept laughing and saying I don't speak English while I was trying to tell them my order. This new generation of kids have no respect for the elders. I'm 65 years old. They just kept laughing and making fun of me for no reason what so ever! They deserve 0 stars to be honest not even 1!
While ordering my burger my way, I was cut off by the server that stated oh it already comes that way. I get my order drive down the street to have to turn around and come back because my order was not correct. Get back to the window, and the server has an attitude because I came back to have my burger prepared the way I asked, and before she even looked at it, she said your burger was made just how you asked for it. Then, when I opened it up for her to compare it with what she said vs. what I asked for and what was on the receipt. No apology, just shut the window. She never offered to replace my melting frosty's. I finally received my burger prepared the correct way.
Had a pleasant experience dining in. We came in to use the app and usually they do not look completely and put cheese on. They made our sandwiches right and everything was good. The dining room was clean and it was employees on their break. They were not disruptive. Since we ordered online the person at the front was nice and genuine. He even told us to have a great day. I really appreciate these experiences where everything is nice. Great job!
Cashier use of sanitation was horrible! The older woman kept rubbing her eye and nose and trying to handle food. Upon requesting to speak with a manager it was like there was a problem with me asking her to wash her hands before touching and dealing with my food. Not to mention the slowness of service.
Staff is usually rude and always unprofessional. If you get the food you actually ordered its a miracle. If you get sauce, napkin, straw, spoon you feel special. They cant seem to put the right food in the bag. If you go inside and supervise you will get your food but its not guaranteed it will be good or fresh. Sometimes they are on the ball and the food is awesome. I only go here because its right by my house. They need adults to supervise the very young staff and im not hating because theyre young. They are usually too busy fraternizing with each other to read orders correctly. Sometimes im just hungry and want the food i ordered, not half of it. They probably owe me hundreds of dollar in missing food. Avoid this location if you can. Vegetarian options: Salads, baked potatoes, fries, frosties. No burger substitutes, no fish. Not many options outside of a plain salad. Parking: Plenty of parking.
Update as of Sunday Nov. 5, 2021. Change my review from 3 stars to 1 star as I will no longer be returning to this location due to their unprofessionalism and rudeness in the Drive-Thru. Trying to place my order when the employee is getting annoyed with me because I asked why my screen is looking different thinking I may be getting charged extra for something that I haven't ordered. And then while I'm trying to add more to my order, the rude employee is speaking over me asking repeatedly, "is that is all?", and then just giving me my total and not letting me continue with my order. So we literally left to go to the Wendy's on Som Center in Willoughby. As we left my boyfriend tried to call that location to speak to the manager and no one was answering the phone even though there were only two other cars in line and no one inside the restaurant. Will definitely be calling corporate. This Wendy's has gone down hill, I do not suggest going too this location no matter how badly you want Wendy's. Original post 2 years ago: It's alright if they don't mess up your order and you dont have to wait 10 mins for the wrong order. Can't turn left out of the parking lot. Pulling in or out of there can be tricky since drivers block the drive when they're waiting at the stop light.
We just left this location and got home to find a disgusting piece hair in my daughter's Fanta orange, all of our fries were halfway full and 1 Big Bacon Classic had no bacon. The outside menu wasn't even lit up to properly see it. An overall horrible experience and another chain written off.
My Double Stack burger only had one beef patty on it. I ordered my husband's Double without pickles and they put pickles on it anyway. The fries and drinks were fine.Food: 3/5
Eventide I go thru drive thru which is about 5-7 a month at least 3 of my meals is missing something. Vegetarian options: The salads are really great
