You can find us on Bothell Way NE, just one block north of the intersection of NE 145th St. and Lake City Way NE in Shoreline, WA. We’re also near the cities of North Seattle and Lake City. We offer both drive-up and inside storage in a range of sizes. These units are heated in the winter to keep them comfortable. We feature contact-free online move-ins and reservations. Phil, the person in charge on our first day at West Coast Self Storage, did an excellent job! It was impressive to see the way he showed various options even beyond what we were considering. He gave great ideas and we ended up with a unit that is perfect for us. he really went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that everything was clearly discussed and he was so helpful in making a decision. It was beyond our expectations!
I had an excellent experience working with Kyle at West Coast Self Storage. I unexpectedly needed two units at the last minute and Kyle handled everything from beginning to end in a very professional manner. He explained their policies clearly and even honored the web rate over the phone. The facility is very clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend.
Phil was amazing! The easiest time I have ever had dealing with a uhaul or self storage location. Extremely nice and easy going, only thing I am unhappy about is that I can't give him more stars! 10/10 would recommend!
In just a few days, I went from clicking a link online to moving into my storage space today. In between, there were helpful phone calls and office visits that made both my U-haul van rental and the storage rental go very smoothly. All my questions were answered, and the space meets my needs. Special thank-you to Kyle, who was friendly and informative throughout!
Kyle & Terry were amazing! They made me feel comfortable with the truck and sure I knew all the rules about keeping everything safe. Also, for the hard days moving the AC in the truck is amazing to cool you down.
This is a great location the facility is clean and organized and Kyle is AMAZING!! He made sure I had a quick and easy experience renting and returning a U-Haul… I will definitely be returning for my storage and truck rental needs!
We had a very seamless experience renting a UHaul from this business. Kyle was extremely professional and accessible throughout from pick up to drop. We rented a 15 foot truck and had the keys within 5 minutes of walking in. Kyle also accommodated our request to extend the reservation since we had delays while moving furniture. Will definitely be back!!
I called these guys as they were the closest and had very competitive rates on their website. When I went to terminate my storage I had made an error and not notified them of my intention to vacate. After talking to the manager he remembered me and recalled how I made the error. He ended up waving the fee. Very understanding and great customer service. I will recommend them to anyone I know looking for storage!
Kyle was so amazing. A uhaul truck leasing company canceled on me and Kyle made sure I was up and running within 15 minutes. Without him I would not be moved today so thank you so much Kyle. You made a huge difference in my life.
