Phil was an absolute knockout and helped us rent not only a storage unit but a Uhaul moving truck. Excellent service, very communicative, and very knowledgeable. We felt in good hands the whole time. One small criticism is that we received calls from Uhaul and Dennis about picking up/returning the truck despite picking it up and returning it on time, but that's not Phil's fault as there are multiple reservation systems. The facility works for us and the pricing is very competitive. Contents of a one-bedroom apartment can fit in a 5x10 or 7x10 if not interested in playing tetris. This facility is easily accessed via Aurora and codes. No trash/garbage cans on site and only one bathroom but there are 3 carts you can use to move your stuff. Again, the best part of the experience is Phil. Give this man a raise!
The customer service was exceptional. Both gentlemen were professional, considerate and very helpful. After a long day of moving, I returned the truck after hours not realizing I got I forgot to leave the key in the drop box! Dennis called me in the morning and was so kind and understanding and professional.
For the 3 years I’ve leased my self-storage unit with West Coast Aurora location, Dennis has been the epitome of friendliness, accommodating and professional. Every request was taken care of with ease. As a customer, it really was a privilege to be treated so well. Thank you for the wonderful experience, Dennis. :
This place has great employees! Today I had Phil help me out. And even though there was a problem with the reservation, Phil made sure that the rest of the process ran as smooth as possible. If you look up the definition of Charisma in the dictionary, it’ll read out, “Phil, from West Coast Self-Storage”. Thanks Phil! You the man!
Phil was very prompt and very helpful. He made sure I arrived at the pick up location accurately as it can be a bit confusing. He made sure I was totally set to go with the truck rental. His happy demeanor made my day start nicely.
Renting a U-haul from here was a breeze. I was called before I showed up telling me excatly where to go as to not get confused with the u-haul store right next to this location. Phil was very kind and helpful and walked through the whole process very nicely. Kudos to Phil for making this whole experience very straight-forward.
Phil helped us out getting a uhaul truck today. He's a cool dude, made it easy for us. Would recommend. Hit him up before the uhaul next door, they usually have smaller lines.
Phil was great at making sure I knew everything I needed to know, in detail, and with a dash of funny too. The truck was exactly what I needed and was able to get it easily without having a reservation. Lucked out.
Phil at West coast storage, went above and beyond. I came down with COVID on the day I was going to move my daughter into her first new home. With my husband and I not wanting to risk spreading the virus, I called and spoke to Phil, he was very helpful. When my daughter arrived to pick up the truck, she was having a small panic attack, due to the stressful situation. When she walked in in the store, Phil greeted her like a expected friend. He was very kind and helpful to her. As a mother, there is nothing better than someone looking out for my child. A big thank you to Phil and 5 stars for him!! Thank you Phil. Mrs. Jodi Fagan
Dennis was personable, answered all my questions and most importantly, was reachable! I had so much frustration dealing with a company that I could not get a human on the phone to talk to, and West Coast self storage was the opposite of that. Very positive experience.
