If you’re trying to set a patient to this rehab, please don’t they won’t last there long. 1 employees, rude and evil. 2 the worst smell ever just been in there for 15 minutes. Will get you nauseous. 3 medication will not attend to the patient on time minimum of an hour late and the conditions of the room are with mold and out of maintenance. This rehab will be sent to the mayor of Knox County, and will be in process to be shut down overdue health conditions.

The most horrific place you could imagine! The nursing home level was inhumane, it smelled like a zoo, patients are left over 4 hours in their own urine and fecal matter every day. Patients are not bathed and showered regularly and their hair and skin isn’t taken care of. The staff are lazy, disrespectful, and very unprofessional. I wouldn’t put my dog in this place, lesson learned. My LO came home completely bedridden, fairly recognizable cognitive decline, and cuts and tears in her skin from never being moved. The state should shut them completely down.I could say more.

My mother was admitted for rehab after a fall and brief hospital stay. She was on the wing with 100 room numbers. The therapy staff, and facility staff were good. Cleaning staff was there every day. The ladies who bought the meals were the best, friendly and cheerful. Elizabeth, case worker, was excellent helping getting my mom the therapy my mom would need at her new assisted living facility as well as following up with our family.

The staff was very caring for my brother. The rooms were clean and very roomy. They were arranged more like your bedroom than a nursing home room. I was very pleased with every aspect of their care during my brothers time there. Thank you for caring so much!

My mother was in Hospice in the Gardens on Lake Brook and she recently passed away. Each and everyone that took care of her down to the person who deliver the daily news letter was compassionate and caring and showed the upmost respect for her. They each and everyone are exceptional emolyees but mostly people. They made a difficult time in our lives a little easier to bear. Thank you all much!

Would not recommend this place to anyone. Terrible! Don't place a love one, friend, or enemy here. Would never want to come here again.... zero rated!! Looking for improvement today, will post an update later.

I don't even want to give a one star RATING. My grandmother is 100 years old and because her child put her there she is stuck there I have offered to let her live with me. The place is always nasty, I have never visited and her room actually be clean. She fell and busted her arm open and the badge was hanging loosely around her wrist not even close to her wound. Two days later the blood that had gotten on the toilet from this fall was still there. I sat nearly an hour watching her sleep and not one person came by to check on her. DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE!

I will have to say that I am very disappointed in the nursing home part of this facility!! The rehabilitation part was very nice and the Nurses and Cna's were very caring for the patients and answered the call light in a timely manner, however the nursing home part is a totally different story!! I have been here with a family member and they pushed the call light 2 hours ago for pain medication and the light has yet to be answered!!!! I understand that places are under staffed but is this the way you want to be treated whenever yiu are unable to care for yourself?? This is unacceptable..

If I could give this place zero stars I would in a heartbeat!! Please think twice of ever letting a family member go here! Before my mom passed away in November she was sent here to “help” her get back on her feet after being in the hospital. This place and the staff here are nothing but a joke. They took horrible care of her. The whole 3 weeks she was there they gave her a shower once, when she told them she could not breath they would not take her serious and told her she was fine, she told them she felt like her sugar level was low and it took them over 45 minutes to even come into her room to check it and when I told them if they weren’t going to do it I was they told me they would not allow me to even though all the “caregivers” were just standing around talking and doing nothing as usual. They never changed her sheets the whole time even though they were asked to. The care I even seen from this people for the other patients and the other families I talked to there was just as bad. Early November my mom was transported to the ER where she later passed away. This place knew where my moms life insurance company was and has called them multiple times telling them that my mom was estranged from her family and had no one for her life insurance to go to which was false. They told them my mom never even had anyone on her emergency contacts which was false and when my moms insurance told them they knew better than that because they have known my mom and family for years this “rehab” place tried to get my info.Thankfully my moms insurance company called me and told me what was going on and that what this place was doing was illegal and also violating HIPPA. When I called this place to tell them I was aware of what they were doing and how disrespectful this is to families who just lost their loved one and also how illegal this was they acted like they had no idea about this and there was nothing they could do about this. Well they did not think I would find out about this. If you care about the members of your family please do not let them go here because these people here do not care about them at all they are just a paycheck to them and it’s an easy job for them because management does not care what they do here.

This place was highly recommended. Cons: room was not properly cleaned before moving new guest into room. There were personal items left in drawers from previous guest. The staff was not very friendly or helpful. Most of the time they just sat downstairs in the chairs on their phones. The food looked like somebody chewed it up and spat it back out on the plate. Horrible disgusting place to stay with a scabies infested nursing home right next door.Pros there is no such thing when it comes to this gross rundown place. The CNA's had split personality disorders was nice at first than mean than nice again makes no sense how nasty and unprofessional this place really is.Most of the time both CNA's and Nurses was inattentive. When asked for anything they acted as if you just told them to run a 35 mile marathon. This place does not deserve a star at all. Do not even take your enemy to this place.
