One of the absolute worst places to work for. Almost all management is related, they care about Jesus but not their employees. The office staff doesn’t know how to do payroll, and they are so unorganized/unprofessional. I was a patient sitter and they left me alone with 6 patients, and they were aware and didn’t care. The pay is only $12.00 per hour, $12.50 if you are working nights. They screw up your pay checks every time and don’t give bonuses like they promise to. Literally one of the worst jobs I’ve had.
Office staff are the absolute worst. Honestly not sure how they haven’t been fired. Especially Kelsey. The hospital sitters and in home caregivers are amazing, even though the office screws them over at every opportunity.
These folks are great to work with. Especially Sonya. She is very caring and cares about her team.
Your home team care is the best and most flexible company I have ever worked for. They care about you as a person and also your family needs. I love my job! If you want to learn about Healthcare while making money this is the place for you.
Horrible company. The nurses will treat you horribly, and your home team care will fire you if you speak up for yourself.

Before I officially worked for YHTC i knew they were a rareity. I have worked in several settings and positions throughout my professional health care career. I say to you without knowing your exact need from this company....they are heaven sent. You can feel the difference of genuine care and respect from the top down. You know you are more than just a number or a dollar amount. From the time of introduction they look out for you as only family would. I'm not referring to family that sends you expired fruitcake at Christmas. YHTC is your favorite relative, that comfort food guaranteed to warms your soul, that piece of mind knowing you're seen, heard and treated with respect. For so long I've dealt with impersonal companies with their cookie cutter responses. I almost forgot It wasn't normal for it to always be raining. YHTC is that beautiful rainbow and long needed sunshine!
