I called At 4:30 and they said they were closed even thought it says there open till 5:00. One of there so called Dr. Said my wife had a syst on her brain but it was find don't worry about it. A second option Dr. Said no that a brain tomer it needs to come out now and it was.
I scheduled an appointment on 09/15 and was advised to show up at 10:15am to do a Covid screening. I work Monday through Friday 6:30 - 5pm. I live in Farmington, so it’s a small drive to this office. I left to my appointment on time and was backed up due paving that I was unaware of. I pulled into the parking lot at 10:19. Placed the call to let them know I was there. I was placed on hold for 5 minutes. The lady came back on the phone and Joline Sage’s nurse is canceling the appointment because I was not on time. 4 minutes! I had to rearrange my work day for this. When was the last time any doctors office is on the minute on time. Absolutely ridiculous. I will be finding a real healthcare provider that cares about their patients.
This place is a joke. My minor son was seen once and was shamed for not wanting his groin checked with 2 woman doctors in the room and was refused a male doctor. They told him he couldn’t play sports if he didn’t get it done, which is a lie. Now for a medical condition that can quickly turn to sepsis it’s an almost 3 week wait for a doctor and was referred to urgent care. I wish we didn’t transfer to that location. Absolute WORST doctors office, EVER!! Oh, and a state worker had to get involved to have a referral done because the receptionist couldn’t/wouldn’t do that either. Filing a complaint with the state.
Office manager is very very unpleasant and the service is not what it was before her. She has 0 compassion and shouldn't be in the medical field . In my opinion. No customer service skills
They were absolutely wonderful with my son. He was scared of getting a shot and they were incredibly patient and kind. They even gave a “check-up” to his stuffed dragon at the end of his appointment. 5 out of 5 stars!
Great doctor's office told family goes there
Usually my experience is not bad but been going their long and this time I went in with a issue and it was terrible I will never go their again.
Absolutely absurd waiting time. Made an appointment for 11AM and have been sitting in the waiting room for over 30 minutes. 2 people came in and sat down after us and were called in before we were. Never been more frustrated.
Michelle Sweetser is absolutely amazing! She's genuinely cares about her patients...thank you Michelle! You've been so much help
