I’d give zero stars if I could. Had to take my cat in after hours which the receptionist said would be $100 plus $60 exam, got to the front to pay and I was charged $139 for emergency fee and medication for vomiting that is for DOGS! Was written on the baggie to give half a dose an hour before cat ate food and he vomited even worse. Looked up the medicine on google and it said if given on an empty stomach that vomiting would be worse! $311 bill. I won’t be back

DO NOT BOARD YOUR DOGS HERE!!! I left my American bulldog and my daughter's schnauzer here on a Thursday and picked them up Monday morning. I left the exact amount of food they both needed and instructions on how they ate. When I picked them up we got over half of their food back in the same bags, the dogs ribs were showing, one had diarrhea, they smelled horrible and were both covered in urine. I am BEYOND upset at the obvious neglect at a place we have used for our animals vaccines and checkups for years! Don't do this to your pets!

After boarding our 2 dogs for 4 days we returned to them being extremely thin, having diarrhea, and covered in urine. This is how valuable your pet is to these people when you’re not around!

I will not use this vet again. Twice now I’ve made an appt and had no vet show up. First time they then charged me because they gave me one doggie Motrin for my dog who was in pain. Second time I waited over 45 min was told repeatedly oh ten minutes she’ll be here. No vet I finally left because I needed to go to work. Never again will I use this clinic.

Excellent care and the people who work here are so friendly. At one point I had switched my pet to a vet down the road and because I heard good things and that turned out to be a mistake. Stick with the place that has good prices and actually cares for your animals.

Used this vet for several years, not realizing that there was a much better vet right down the road. We had a 13 year old golden retriever mix that we were going to try a new med on that we found online. The vet refused to authorize the purchase unless our companion would visit the office again, even though the vet had diagnosed him over the past several years. We were told that the vet that diagnosed our companion no longer worked there, and it would be necessary to re-diagnose the companion even though we had been bringing our companion there for several years. Took our companion to All Pets Medical Center, and the vet there put him on medications that improved his health within 24 hours. We would never take another companion to Western Prairie again. We also expect this review to be taken down, just like our previous one.

Place is simply amazingly amazing. Me Yvette and ms Amy are always a pleasure to see. The family oriented docs. And they loooove our furry friends. One of the best vets I’ve ever been to. And there dog grooming is top notch and priced right!
