I love this library. They are so kind, considerate and helpful. My spouse is not very tech savvy and the one lady spends a lot of time helping him print things doing little task for me when he stops by. I am bed bound currently and this helps me so much knowing that they are friendly and can help him maneuver the computer. Thanks for your kindness.
You can get some of your business done there if you need something copied or faxed, however; this is the loudest library ever; even the staff is loud. I'm surprised because three of the staff members have been there for years and it's always been a place where you can QUIETLY read, study ,and or use the computers. I really don't know why they allow the environment to change, but no one ever says shhhh' keep your voices down, it's a library'."
I just had my library card today. The lady who helped me was extremely nice! : she even offered me her suggestions for books and informed me about events from the library and others. Awesome service!. PD She did told me to bring my card every time otherwise they'll have to charge 1 dollar.
The staff is very helpful. They have awesome programs and activities for children. I wish they had more books newer titles but hopefully they will update soon! It's a great library!
We love our local library! The staff is amazing and on our most recent visit, we saw that story time returns in March 2022!
I love coming to this library because it's close to home and I an get a lot of homework done on the computer. It also has quiet places to read quietly near the back windows. Clean bathrooms and Awesome Staff!!!
This situation isn't reflecting the Awesome customer service and skills of millions if public servants is an isolated incident that have something to do with the personal background ofthis specific employee he should be fired if doesn't fit on the expectations of what a librarian / customer service means to be. I repeat on his 30/40 black bearded kinda italian/ Dutch? This just to describe a very impolite and nasty employee.
Qaint little library. Great audiobook selection, can you can just call them and have a 1-minute conversation to extend loans on the CD's. Love this place. Old-fashioned but WAY better than Audible. ;
