Please get pricing itemizations BEFORE they pick your loved one up from the morgue. I called the owner to have an adult conversation in regards to my loved one being at their establishment and because I mentioned seeking legal consult the OWNER lied and told my mother I cussed him out. I’m sure he knows what a curse word is because I didn’t use the first one ! He said to me I was “coming at him” wrong because I wanted to go over pricing ? POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I would like to thank the staff of Westside Funeral Home for their patience with my family as we laid my son to rest. My son looked good.I also had a special request and they fulfilled it for us, I was very pleased. Thank you once again
