Management it’s unprofessional, the community has gone so bad, they don’t take care of the streets or residents. I had an issues with my rent payed a day late and for that I’m getting charge $36 when I asked the manager why she said times change sweet heart and said drop off your money honey and hanged up the phone on me. It was my first time paying late for the 3 years I been here but this manager is just unprofessional. Rent is going up yearly and as for the people that live there it’s not worth it. The kids park it’s not even a place I would take my kids.
Lived there since January 2003, seen only two property management, it went through some community management. Last year 2022 and this year 2023, they brought in new units to fill in the spaces and are up for sale. Lot rent is steap, management are making improvements.
This is a beautiful community. If you're looking for a great place to live, this is it! The management team is wonderful to deal with.
I am thinking of moving here and both of the ladies Raquel and Lily in the office are so nice and patient with all my questions.
Raquel and lilian are so nice , and really understands and try to solve any kind of problem as soon as they can .
Manager is unprofessional. Can really talk to them and workers have horrible attitude towards new residents. I don't recommend to live here.
The management is horrible, 7 residents went to talk to Rachel manager regarding the safety in the community after a few incidents that have occurred in the past days and she got in her car and wouldn’t even bother to ask the residents what their concerns were as she is driving away she tells us to make an appointment with her assistant. The concerns we have as residents are very serious. Right now we don’t feel safe to even walk around in the neighborhood anymore. The safety of our kids should be taken serious. Shouldn’t have to take someone to get hurt for this community management to listen to us as residents. I hope corporate reaches out because this community is a mess and not safe.
I'm updating my review.... while rent is still pretty high I do have to say the office staff Raquel and Lilliana are wonderful. They try to help resolve issues as soon as it comes up. Repairs are still needed but as I stated in my previous review the maintenance can only do so much with just 2 people. Before it was just 1 person...
This is a beautiful community. If you're looking for a great place to live, this is it!
I have a family member currently living in the community and while most of their neighbors are sweet and like family to us there are also a few nags when it comes to my grandchildren. The new management is horrible they have been currently harassing them constantly in removing items from their drive way when many other residents have Lawn service trucks/dumpsters in there driveways and so much stuff accumulating thats been there for years. Theres potholes like no other that for what is getting paid monthly shouldn't be there along with broken street lights that should always be working as its dangerous to be walking in the night as in the previous years there has been alot of houses that got broken into.
