Whitney Sleep Center

My experience with Whitney Sleep center has always been excellent. Initially, the sleep study itself was conducted in a quiet hotel- like room that was comfortable. When it was determined that I have sleep apnea, the Dr and staff worked with me personally to get set up with appropriate supplies to begin adjustment to my CPAP machine. After seeing such an improvement in my overall sleep, I was so pleased!!! Since then I have been scheduled for annual appointments and the Dr and staff are always helpful, respond to any questions promptly and are so caring and kind. They lied about a free 20 minute consultation and charged me $300. I was with the doctor for 15 minutes and all he did was recommend a $2,000 sleep study. When I called to clear up the issue, receptionist said "too bad, pay your bill." Terrible customer service.
