Great staff. Very helpful! Takes problems serious unlike the ER.
My appt was at 930am I still have not been seen at 11am.
The service here is terrible, I have been waiting for 2 hours for an appointment that lasts only 5 minutes. Additionally, my problem was not solved properly and the staff did not directly answer my questions. However, the facility is sterile and clean. The friendliness of the staff is average. The doctor is knowledgeable and provides good explanations even though those explanations can be repetitive.
Absolutely loved my experience here with the dr, he was extremely kind and helpful. Only thing was one nurse or medical assistant idk who she was did draw my blood with no gloves! And she got my weight wrong. But the dr himself is amazing
Had to wait in a room where the lights continue to turn off, turn back on when there is a lot of movement. Already waited 30 minutes only to be told I'd have to wait an additional 25 for the doctor. Staff is also pretty incompetent but to their credit they get a lot of talking done.
Front desk needs more customer service training
Did not like it at all. Horrible service nothing was explained to me. Staff lost my files and appointments. I would never go back to that clinic again.
If I could give this place zero stars I would !!!!!Very horrible doctor went there for my first appointment and I have been spotting I’m passing a few clots I’m 10 weeks pregnant He did a ultrasound on me and said there was no baby in there went to the hospital to get a second opinion and sure enough there was a baby in there still what made me mad is he said to take medication for the pain because I thought I was miscarrying so I took some pain medicine thinking I wasn’t pregnant no more but I was what kind of doctor doesn’t know how to take an ultrasound if that’s what he practice I recommend not going there very bad experience Horrible doctor didn’t know what he was doing
