It’s been almost 7 years in US and me and my family were never been to a whole foods market, so we finally decided to go and check it today. I really like the ambiance and courteous staff. Things look fresh and very well organized. We didn’t bought much stuff but got some nuts and cooked food. The salad bar box was 11.99 per lb which was honestly quite a lot. Flavor was good but it was pricey. Overall good experience. Location - Star - 8.5 / 10 Ambiance / Environment - Star - 8.5 / 10 Cleanliness - Star - 8 / 10 Service - Star - 7 / 10 Value for Money - No Star - 5 / 10 Above format would be best to justify my review so i will hopefully continue to keep this for all my next reviews.
The hot bar at this location has been pretty disappointing since the Pandemic hit. They used to have the best hot bar to get a good wholesome hot meal to eat there or to go. Now the selection is poor, the food is usually not fresh, doesn't taste good and looks awful. The pizza section is replenished so SLOW when it comes to the cooks noticing that pepperoni or cheese pizza may be out or low. We literally alwaya have to go ask the cooks by the brick oven to put more pizza out and the way is always long. Might as well just order a whole pizza fresh to take home, especially for the price od 3 slices compared to 1 whole pizza. They usually are not thrilled when we make them aware that the pizza selection is low. We honestly shouldn't have to ask them when more pizza is available for the hot bar. It's something that the cooks used to keep up with very well prior to the pandemic. There wasn't a shortage of cooks by the brick oven to make pizza as there were people one time and usually 2. When there's only 1 person there, if things look busy I give them a pass. The food and product selection in the store overall though is good with natural to organic foods and products. Their other fresh kitchen selections are worth considering such as the frozen pre-made meals that can be taken home and heated up ready to eat and their sushi and sald bars are great and fresh still.
Enjoy going to this Whole Foods - I actually enjoy grocery shopping here, great selection, good customer service, love grabbing a huge slice of pizza when in a hurry…great wine selection and florist… my favorite treat is their Lavender Latte st the coffee bar in front! Best lavender Latte for a good price! The service is beyond wonderful!
It’s located inside the Avalon community. Great neighborhood and lot of parking space. The cashier was very polite as always, they also have self checkout counters now
Love their bakery. Huge variety of desserts. Their cannolis, coconut cookies and almond croissants some of my favorites
Spacious and clean whole foods market that sells mostly organic products. They have a good variety of fruits and vegetables. They also have great bakery products, including cakes. The hot bar here serves a good variety of products, including pizza. They also have set up seating space both inside and outside the store for customers to have food, and they are kept very clean.
Highly Disappointed! Once again or should I say time and time again the salad bar is not served until almost noon. They never even have the full hot bar available until noon as well but will always have pizza already out. I think many like myself prefer a mixed salad and boiled eggs in the morning, Not Pizza! The crew that manages the hot and salad bar need to get their act together. It’s not just today either, it’s everyday for months on end that the crew members that manage the salad & hot bar have been running this operation all wrong and others I know feel the exact same way. Mind you, this is the only location I have experienced such a bad management. Be considerate of customers. You just lost a few customer and I’m sure many others aside from myself.
This is probably the best Whole Foods I've ever visited. Maybe only the Buckhead store rivals it in terms of selection. They're all immaculately clean. Although I went in looking for only coffee, there was a great selection - the package I bought was on sale and I got a prime member discount - and it was very easy to find because of the signage.
Always a pleasure. They have toddler food that's hard to find anywhere else. Very convenient location.
Their bakery is lacking. Forgets to put vegan labels on vegan items. Just ruined my breakfast. How do people even eat these super salty vegan croissants. I don't want vegan stuff please Label it. I should not have to read the fine print to find out something is vegan. And please soft bake brown butter cookies, they shouldn't be rock hard as of yet eye a week old. Thank you
