I had the privilege of meeting with Alec Hardin to make pre-planning arrangements. He is a very sincere and caring young man. I felt no pressure to make any immediate decisions. He explained all my options and gave me everything in writing. I plan to return in the very near future to complete my final wishes with Alec Hardin. If you need to make arrangements for yourself or a loved one Alec is most definitely THE Professional you need to call. Superior customer service provided.

This funeral home buried someone in my own personal grave sight and placed a headstone on another. Because of this I can’t be buried beside my mother. They refused to do anything about it and told me to did her up and move her my mother. I served this country in the military for 21 years and never been treated like this. Jeremy Hardin and Charles Wilkerson just refuse to do anything.

The website page states " Service with dignity and professionalism ". I have had may family members pass, in different counties. I attended a service of a good friend's mother and it was the most disrespectful service I've ever attended. It wasn't a busy weekend day. It was a Thursday at noon, so the place wasn't busy. People kept looking around to see what direction the chatter was coming from. It was not coming from anyone attending the funeral. As tears was rolling down my friend's cheek...there was laughter and loud talking. So distracting and enraging. I'm glad people had more respect for my mom's service. I know even the cheap funerals are expensive but it seems like they may need to use some of that money for more insulation in the walls.

I was in attendance of a service for a dear friend of mine who recently lost her mother. The professionalism of the people in this location was extremely poor. During the service where my friend was attempting to give a heart felt eulogy these men were conducting business and having loud conversations with other patrons during the service. Three people in attendance of the service excused themselves to request respect and assistance in remaining quiet while the service was in progress. The conversations were loud and I attest It was so distracting that I could not concentrate on the message my dear friend was trying to convey through tears. A family should have received the utmost respect and attention during this time. They should have made sure to address any disturbances but report that they "tried" and were in their office while the service was in progress. I would never recommend this location to anyone.

We had a situation today and Walter refused the mother for a 14 year old girl her right to say goodbye to her daughter this should have never had happened would not recommend this place to bury my goldfish, sorry bunch of people this wasn't right or fair she only asked for 10 mins to say her goodbyes and they denied her that now she will never get to say goodbye to her child
