William Sonoma never fails to impress me with their incredible selection of kitchen gadgets. From innovative tools to essential appliances, this store has it all. I can't help but fall in love with their amazing collection of kitchen knives - they are an absolute must-see! The quality and functionality of their products are unmatched, making every cooking experience a delightful one. I'm already counting down the days until I can get my hands on some of these fantastic items for my own kitchen.
Although expensive, their store is quite a treat to visit around fall-autumn months, their selections are still great to visit year round! although smaller than the one at Crabtree, this place is still worth a visit.
Returned an item and have to wait for the gift card over email that hasn’t come an hour after the return. They had the right email, so I guess I’m leaving before I can use the credit.
So I ordered a gift for my boss two weeks before Xmas, and as of today it still has not been delivered. This is not a company that has a lot of competency in managing an e-commerce website and I would be very careful in ordering products from this company for the holiday season. If you do not have the ability to tell your customers that items may be out of stock when you order and pay for them, the only conclusion that can be reached is that they have no problems taking your money and putting their problems back you later. Be very careful!!
Please if you know the older gentleman's name that works at this store please post it in your review because he is amazing. I learned so much so quickly from this gentleman. He taught me so much about my knives and my cutting board that I had already owned things I did not know. He genuinely seemed like he enjoyed his job. it was so refreshing. He even liked Allen Edmonds and had owned two pair for over 40 years. I like to hope that I am one day just like this great man. I had to rush out because of a birthday party my son was late for and I forgot to make sure I remembered his name you know like word association or something. I hate I didn't do that but either way I will be going back to ask for him because I plan on buying something from him. I am including one of the only pictures that I have on my phone of the knife that he was educating me on. I had own shun brand knives four years now and had no clue that I could ship them back to shun to be sharpened anytime need be free of charge I just have to pay shipping. Thank you William Sonoma. Oh I did also remember that the apple cutter was purchased at William-Sonoma also another great product. while looking around my kitchen while writing this review I realized I also that my wife's new toaster was recently purchased at William-Sonoma also. these are all great products well worth the money especially if you catch them on sale like this weekend we're almost the entire store is on sale 20% off everything. The date is now May 27th 2018. I will admit I don't proof read most of these reviews so if there's major mistakes I apologize.
The services at this store is very unprofessional. One of the staff forgot to give us receipt of a purchase, and when we try to return something, they refuse to accept the return because there were no receipt. And their only solution is kept repeating the words that they must have gave us the receipt without try to find any other solutions to help us. Have purchased thousand of dollars at this store and very disappointed about their attitude.
I love that store. When I go for one thing, it is inevitable to go out with several other things. This liquid soap and moisturizing hand cream is simply... WONDERFUL!!
This store has amazing customer service and they are so willing to help with any questions.
Wonderful place. They have some really nice things but it is expensive. They have some awesome peanut brittle, cookies, and peppermint bark at Christmas. I go 1 to 2 times a year to buy a few things. I typically buy gifts for my mom and she has loved everything I have bought her from this place. I will continue to shop here and I recommend this place if its in your budget to shop here. I have never had any issues with this place or the staff.
Poor quality product. Roasting pan and rack we received as a gift broke after a single use. Since it was a gift and the purchaser didn't keep a receipt customer service said tough luck. Would avoid this company in favor of one with better QA and customer service.
