The store clerk ran my debit card 3 times for a purchase and was declined 3 times. It turns out each run of the card was valid. I asked for a refund of the overpayments. Janine refused to give me my money back. No help at all. She didn’t want to admit it was her machine that was faulty nor did she direct me in the right direction of how to get my money back. I’m calling the bank.
I don't think I've ever bough anything at a Williams-Sonoma. If I see one I usually walk through it just to check out all of the stuff, but when it comes time to buy it just seems like there's better options. For me, it's a window shopping store.
Purchased a sofa that was delivered and set in place. Light use for 1 yr, no kids. Went to move it, leg support and end piece broke off. Junk? Damaged in delivery? Response was :sorry, it’s been a year. But quality, not price.
Their trade group is quite possible one of the worst, most unorganized groups there is. On my 5th phone call this morning, taking over 1 hour to try to get through. They don't keep their online order status updated and accurate. None of their WFH customer service seem to have service that works and constantly disconnect you. Ordered in June with 2-4 week lead-times quoted and still trying to get just and update.
Friendly staff and great selection of cookware. I found these cute coffee mugs.
LOVE this store! The staff is friendly and helpful. Even though they were busy they did not seem stressed or short staffed. They have great sales and we were able to purchase what we needed to host Thanksgiving. Thank you, William Sonoma!
What a great place to shop!! It's wonderful to shop somewhere with true customer service. I was about to buy an appliance online when I decided to call and see if they had it in stock. The salesperson who answered the phone was pleasant and extremely helpful Ellen I think??. She not only had a great warm voice, but she knew immediately that what was I was looking for was in stock, and she knew the colors available and immediately held one for me. She then went on to tell me about the sale they had going on and let me know if I spent $1 more I would get $60 gift card. When I showed up not only was I able to get the card, but the Vitamix was cheaper than I could find it online, and I received another $50 store credit for accessories. All of this would have been great all by itself, but I interacted with 4 different saleswomen while I was looking around and they were all helpful, friendly and excited to tell me all the ways I could use the new blender. What a pleasant shopping experience!! I will tell everyone I know that Williams-Somoma in Regency is the place to shop for anything related to the kitchen and cooking. Thank you!!
I went in looking for a specific item which they did not carry. The salesperson was kind enough to look it up and direct me to another retailer that did. I noticed the store was decorated for Easter with many attractive items. I ended up bringing home a white ceramic bunny with butterfly on his/her nose with woven basket. Had to add their colorful alabaster eggs for the basket!
Only place I can get my Madagascar vanilla. This is the purest on the planet, that I have found here. The paste is worth the extra $, makes for excellent desserts! Ladies are so helpful and kind. One of my favorite shops!
Hadn't been at W-S for a long time. Needed a couple kitchen items. Had shopped other places, unable to find what I needed. This store has a very good selection and on sale too. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Two employees asked if I needed help. I'll be back, sooner next time.
