have called multiple times to alert them to being trapped in an abusive situation, the first time when my parent hit me for trying to find a separate living situation, and none of their responses has ever helped as promised or claimed. often it means nothing at all. lack of legal framework has been the cited reason that nothing can done about inappropriate dysfunctional and codependent behavior from the person with whom I live is the most flimsy excuse for doing nothing about an abusive situation. I would not recommend looking to them for help.

Is it not common courtesy to introduce yourself? And with my three kids in your presence staring at you... Would you mind saying a friendly hello to them? You asked for my name; Provided. I asked for your first name... unprofessionally walked away. Way to be a role model. Remember, youre a citizen just like us... Act like it.
