Winners

Plenty of cashiers, found what we went in to get easily. Could have spent much, much more,but for a super tight budget. Casier left us with the feeing that we were glad to have shopped there.

I've been shopping at Winners for a very long time, not very often but often enough to know that the customer service has gone down big time particularly at the Linn Valley location in North Vancouver. This is the third time I have had horrible customer service. The other two I let go but a third time tells me that something needs to be improved and customer service skills need to be taught. I went just moments ago for one purpose only and that was to get a dog bed for my dog and I happen to see a cute shirt and it had a $7 sale sticker on it and when I went to pay the lady who is helping me wandered off for a moment and came back to tell me that that particular shirt was not on sale yet. It had a sale sticker on it. So I asked to speak to a manager as I myself am a manager in retail and I know very well that it's not the customer's fault and it should be honored. The lady who was helping me said I'm the manager and said too bad basically. I understand mistakes are made and things happen but not honoring something that was clearly another employees mistake is not a good way to send a customer out the door I know for sure I won't ever be coming back.

Not as busy but not as large as most of the other Winner's. Never have problems finding men's clothes. Friendly staff. Clean location.

Good place to shopping.

I found the best vegetable chips and a great housewarming gift.

Winners used to be great but now I find their prices are way too high. Staff were polite and helpful. My guests bought a Champion brand wind breaker and paid over $75. That's no bargain

Always have a bit of a challenge with winners. Each location is different and stock can vary. This one is good for ladies clothing and the odd kitchenware.

It's sad. Once upon a time, not that long, ago you could trawl through winners and find genuine high end bargains. Now it seems full of dollar store rejects and other low quality merchandise.

I like this Winners. It always has a nice selection of items...and I am always very lucky in the shoe department. The Body Care and Hair area also has lots of choices. Also do not forget to check out the Jewelry area. Friendly staff and they keep quite a few cash registers open at one time so never long to wait in line to cash out. A pleasant experience.
