So unprofessional. I would never forget when I try to ask about my condition during pregnancy and the nurses weren't able to give me answers, when I try to ask the doctor she got mad and told me to chap! Chap! With her fingers not letting me even ask, I spend the rest of my pregnancy afraid of not knowing exactly about my condition and never felt comfortable of asking her anything. But in each report she would always write that we discussed about it when she would just take no more than a minute with me and only thing she would ask every time was what am I using as a birth control after I give birth.. I'm sure a lot of the women have experience similar situations in that clinic

There are never any appointments available. When you finally get to make an appointment, you can arrive 15 minutes, even 30 minutes before scheduled appointment, and you’ll still be waiting 40 minutes- an hour to see the doctor. **THE MOST IMPORTANT** It’s FLU SEASON and there was NOT ONE face mask available for the patients. So many pregnant women and very young children in the waiting area and many patients and employees were coughing and sneezing in the open. Additionally, the hand sanitizer in the waiting area was empty. How disgusting!! If I could give 0 stars, I would!

It is extremely difficult to make an appointment. I was transferred 3 times just to schedule an appointment. Each time, I had to give my information again. The third person then asked me when was the last time I was at their office. Ummm...I don’t know! You have the computer in front of you. Since I don’t remember when last I was at their office, they wanted to treat me like a new patient. I wasted 10 minutes of my life on this call.

Worst gyno ever.. Had a miscarriage and had to call them to get a check up visit, then when I go, I don't even see a doctor, I see an intern. WOW, where's the sympathy of my loss. And if that wasn't bad enough had to listen to someone hearing their babies heartbeat.. left in tears. Clueless about my case and telling me I might not need a DNC but need to make another sono appt to find out!! What?? I told nurse I wasn't feeling well and felt like something wrong, so let's send her for another appt somewhere else in a week or so..BRILLIANT. I'll go to emergency. I gave 1 star cause nurses are very nice.

They are great and soo helpful... I moved to New York in my last 3 months of my pregnancy. They did all the paper work as quick as possible and help me step by step to get my insurance. The doctors and nurses are nice , friendly and help you and understand .

they are the worst, the medical assistants there are horrible this one girl im not sure her name she had on black glasses kept looking at me with a disgusted look, she was horrible and kept talking to her friends about what she wanted to do this weekend i wish i got that girls name she was just disgusting, going to another gyn

The doctor and the nurse they are very nice but the staff are hurr

Dr.Ham is the best.. They are very friendly at the office.
