The office is modern & clean. The staff is friendly and professional. The appointment times are honored and doesn't feel liked they are over bookedI've only been twice. They provide complimentary tea, coffee and water. I do wish they had keys for the private dressing rooms.. Im 40 and this was my first mammogram and despite the mixed reviews on this screening , i must say that the straight fwd screen was fine.. the slanted screen was uncomfortable nearing painful. I had to come back because i have dense tissue and this screen was also uncomfortable but the sonogram wasn't painful. An older paitient told me that though its painful, its necessary and u will get use to it. I appreciate her words and the warmth i felt in the waiting room as i sat amongst women of experience.
There's one lady in that office that is very very unprofessional I had an encounter with her over the phone trying to make an appointment one day she hung up on me now today I come in with that appointment I overhear her disgusting the conversation we had on the phone and it was actually about the spelling of my name that she could not hear the correct spelling of the name telling the other women in the office that I have the right one today telling the other women in the office that she hung up on me very very disappointed very very unprofessional I will be finding somewhere else to go get my images done every year
