Monday: Upper Body Bootcamp - 5 am
Shred - 7pm
Tuesday: Cardio Kickboxing - 6:15 pm
Wednesday: Lower Body Bootcamp - 5 am
Shred - 7 pm
Thursday: Cardio Kickboxing 6 pm
Friday - Total Body Bootcamp - 5 am
Saturday: Kettlebell Power - 8 am
Schedule is subject to change. Monthly members may attend UNLIMITED Team Training for $100 per month. No contract required. Individual classes cost $10/hour.
Punchcards are also available. Great option if you are unable to attend classes regularly. Purchase a 5 punch punchcard for $50 or 10 punch punchcard for $100. Fill your punchcard and get 1 session FREE!
