YMCA of the Fox Cities

Was here only one day will not come back ,showers are tiny, place is kept unclean, place hasn't been updated for a very long time, place smells, dingy. The place will not let me work out in work out room because I have to wear crocks for my shoes but i worked out all the time in the last ymca in them no issue.

Place is a maze got lost a few times after a tour i had before going on my own, frantically worried about cleanliness , its dark and dingy, and i don't accept my wife's shoes in work out area even though it seems to be fine my other ymca have had enough of this place will hopefully never have to come again.

I usually go to the Appleton Y but was in the area and worked out here. Staff was super friendly and workout space is pretty decent!

Been lifting at the ymca for 1 1/2 years now and have never had a complaint until today. I always come into lift during my lunch break since I have an extremely busy life and that’s the only time I can lift in my day. Everyday I wear my crocs to lift and have never had a problem until mr tough supervisor up at the gym makes a big deal about it and kicks me out in a very rude manner. he was extremely confrontational, rude, and disrespectful to me by cursing. Wouldn’t even give me a warning or get out of jail free card. Unbelievable.

I love this ymca .it's my favorite one outta Wisconsin. Each staff members are welcoming and say hi or good morning! which I really appreciate.

I felt like a rat in a maze trying to get to all the areas, which made it amusing and the fact that their pool has a diving board is great! They also have a workout area that the kids can use as well! I don't see that anywhere. Definitely would prefer this YMCA over the ones near me.

Looks small on the outside but the place is huge and has plenty of equipment if your looking for a gym.

Great place to socialize with other members, workout. A lot of programs here. Cost more than the Planet Fitness, Crunches of the word but you get a lot more offerings and a pool and when you add in their extra costs for classes etc it is pretty comparable in price. If you have a family this is the route you should go.

Very nice club, wish dry towels were available in the women's locker room

I've been a member for about 13 months now. I come in every day first thing in the morning. I can't imagine starting my day any other way. I've met some great people I look forward to seeing every morning. There is no better group of people to be around than the early-risers. There isn't a worthwhile thing to complain about. I've had nothing but great experiences here.
