I am a Precision Alignment Yoga Instructor certified 320 hours by the Southern Institute of Yoga Instructors. My yoga classes include breath-work, relaxation techniques and healthy posture techniques for your yoga practice and your life. You can take my yoga classes at the Heartland Gym in New Smyrna Beach, FL, and at the Kula Yoga Studio, Port Orange, FL. I offer Precision Alignment technique classes, flow classes, Stand-up Paddleboard classes and Kid's classes.
