The Young Scholars Initiative (YSI) is an international community of young scholars, who embrace new and critical ways of thinking about the economy.
The purpose of the Young Scholars Initiative is to find ways to support new economic thinkers at the earliest stages of their career trajectories. From aspiring students choosing their own paths to young professionals navigating the hurdles of the present paradigms, YSI welcomes and embraces courageous and sharp minds to take the challenge of transforming how economics is thought, taught and practiced.
YSI is organised around working groups. The YSI Working Groups are the backbone of the community. In each group a set of young scholars pursue questions of mutual interest by organizing online webinars as well as workshops, conferences, and other types of discussion.
