Neal A. Marks, D.P.M., FACFAS
Dr. Neal A. Marks is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery, and is a Fellow with the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Dr. Marks is an active member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the Ohio Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Marks is a native of Northeastern Ohio, born and raised in Akron. He completed his undergraduate education at The Ohio State University in 1984, obtaining a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biological Science. Dr. Marks went on to obtain his medical degree at the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in 1988. He obtained his surgical residency training at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Palo Alto, California, which is affiliated with Stanford Medical Center.
With over 20 years experience, Dr. Marks is affiliated with the Cleveland Clinic Health Systems –Fairview General Hospital, University Hospital Health System – Richmond Heights Hospital, and several outpatient surgical centers.
Dr. Marks is trained in all aspects of Podiatric medical and surgical care, including wound care and limb salvage, diabetic foot care, fractures involving the foot and ankle, bunion deformities, hammertoes, neuroma, heel pain, soft tissue lesions, and thickened nails. He also specializes in laser surgery for treatment of nail and skin problems. The offices have a laser on the premises for the convenience of in-office procedures.

Heather A. Craig, D.P.M.
Dr. Heather A. Craig is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. She is a foot and ankle specialist who is a native of Toledo, Ohio. She earned a bachelor of science degree in biology and attended graduate courses at Bowling Green State University. Dr. Craig graduated from podiatry school and received surgical and non-surgical training in Chicago, Illinois. Residency training brought her to the North Chicago Veterans Administration Medical Center and to the Great Lakes Naval Base. Extensive surgical training was conducted at more than 10 hospitals and surgical centers in downtown Chicago and the surrounding area.
As a podiatric physician and surgeon, Dr. Craig returned to her home state of Ohio immediately following residency training and acquired two years of experience working with an orthopedic group. Currently, she enjoys seeing patients with a variety of foot and ankle problems, including – but not limited to – injuries, heel pain, nail problems, diabetic feet and ulcers, neuromas, warts, bunions, and other foot deformities, tendinitis, and athlete’s foot. Dr. Craig also performs in-office laser surgery on patients in need, and performs surgical treatment of foot problems as well. Dr. Craig is affiliated with the Cleveland Clinic Health Systems – Fairview Hospital and with the University Hospitals Health System – St. Vincent Charity Hospital.

Alexander B. Craig, D.P.M.
Dr. Craig is a foot and ankle surgeon specializing in pediatric and adult reconstruction, arthroscopy, sports medicine, trauma, diabetic foot care, limb salvage, deformity correction, and external (frame) fixation.
As a native of Ohio, Dr. Craig received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Science from Bowling Green State University. He then obtained his medical degree from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence, Ohio. During medical school, Dr. Craig was awarded several academic scholarships and membership to the Pi Delta National Honor Society.
Dr. Craig has completed a three-year podiatric residency at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center in Long Beach, California. During residency, he amassed an abundant and diverse surgical background, along with experience utilizing minimally invasive surgical approaches. Dr. Craig also obtained extensive training in orthopedic surgery, vascular surgery, general surgery, plastic surgery, endocrinology, hyperbaric medicine, emergency medicine, internal medicine, and infectious disease.
Currently, Dr. Craig is affiliated with Cleveland Clinic Health Systems – Fairview Hospital and University Hospitals Health Systems – Richmond Medical Center, and several outpatient surgery centers. He is an active member of the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA), and the Ohio Podiatric Medical Association (OPMA), and an associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (ACFAS).
Dr. Craig has presented at regional podiatry conferences and has published research in podiatric journals. He has also been an active within the community, participating as a medical volunteer at the free medical clinics and annual marathons in Cleveland, Los Angeles, and Orange County, California. In his free time, Dr. Craig enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and following sports.
