Worst, tasteless Chinese food! If you like unseasoned food this place is for you. I ordered $60 worth of food that will be feeding the garbage. The chicken wings tasted old and unseasoned, I’ve never seen egg foo young prepared with the shrimp on top instead of folded into the omelet AND the sauce had barely any taste and was watery. To top it off the chicken lo mein was so bad even my toddler didn’t like it and she usually eats any noodle. I’m so sorry I decided to try a new place for much better Chinese food try China Palace.
When we arrived, there was no one in the restaurant, there was an employee sweeping. She asked us if we had placed an order and we told her we’d like to dine in and from then on she had an attitude. It was the most awkwardly terrible service I’ve ever had. My husband and I each ordered a lunch meal and got a side of lo mein and fried rice. When she was taking the order she said, “you want all of that for here? Or some of it to go?” I told her, we will eat what we can and take the rest with us. She put our order in and came back out to the table and said, “are you sure you don’t want that to go?” My husband and I looked at her and said, “we’d like to eat here.” The food was good, everything was fresh and came out hot, the service was just absolutely terrible. I’d rather eat at the Mexican restaurant next door, you get good food AND their service is amazing.
Vegetarians/Vegans DO NOT order. I Ordered through uberEats. I STUDIED the menu for 30 minutes, looked at pics and reviews online checked all the descriptions before I ordered anything. Fried rice literally said "peas, carrots, and egg only no meat" ate half of it, no problems at all. Got to the middle of the container and there was shredded chicken and chunks of shrimp. There was none at all before I got to the middle. The spring rolls had bits of meat even though it said it didn't. The vegetable lo mein had maybe 1 or 2 pieces of veggies in the whole container and the noodles were pretty tasteless. You do get a ton of food in the containers, but I won't be ordering from here again.
Their food is amazing!!! It's our favorite Chinese food place. Orders are ready FAST and are correct. The steamed dumplings are incredible!!! Love, love, love!Food: 5/5
Ordered from on line menu. Arrived to pick up food. Charge more than I had figured. When I asked about the bill, was told that prices had increased but they did not change prices on line. A bit of false advertising, I would say! Sweet and sour chicken was so tough, we couldn’t eat it. Guess Yu’s is a was
Food was amazing!! My husband got Mongolian beef and I got the Mongolian chicken. I totally recommend this place. Even during pandemic times, you can still enjoy this food like we did at their parking lot.
One younger female upfront has very bad customer service. I stopped going because of the bad vibe. Also she didn’t listen and got part of the order wrong. She needs to go!
Worth every penny! The food is so good and they give you so much you may need a to go box! Kid-friendliness: My youngest actually liked the chicken nuggets with sweet and sour sauce. I thought it was ketchup .
This had to be the worst Chineese food I have ever been served . Sesame chicken was nothing like chicken . Chewy and tasteless . Wife had Mongolian beef , I took a bite and chewed for 5 minutes and had to spit out into a napkin . I would NEVER recommend this food . Wasted $38
Honey chicken is fantastic, really enjoy getting that. Tried their egg drop soup and it was good. Good prices too
