Yuroz is a celebrated Los Angeles based master artist. Twice-commissioned by the United Nations to produce "Respect the Refugees" and the "United Nations Mural for Human Rights" and the only living American artist with work hung in the Vatican's permanent collection, "The Light of Compassion", Yuroz's work spans across mediums and genres, and cuts through dimensional, geographical, economical, racial, political, philosophical and religious boundaries.
A painter and architect, Yuroz, through five different genres, depicts complicated human emotions at a cellular level with the smallest subtleties of every paint stroke, every color contrast and every definition of lines and shapes. From the tender sparks of affectivity to the stark naked truth of humanity, Yuroz celebrates romance, edifies human emotions, promotes peace, and advocates tolerance, encouraging healing and growth while liberating love and compassion.
- The Genre of Triumph where Yuroz in his raw expressions in art for art sake painted his silent friends in the "Hollywood Boulevard Series" during the bitter beginning of his life as an immigrant in the United States. The power of his paint strokes and color contrasts broke all conventional molds.
- The Romantic Neo Cubist Genre where symbolism as a backbone of Yuroz's classical romantic paintings is fused with Yuroz's rhythmic expression of abstract patterns of the surroundings to produce multi-layered visible symbolic representation of processes, forces and structures rather obstructed from view but known to mind's eyes. This genre offers both stark contrast and a silent hand in support of the flatness of the canvas, making the once "understood" visible with reduction of details.
- The Revelations Genre, marks Yuroz's breakthrough in medium boundaries with "The Venetian Silver" Collection paying homage to Venetian artisans. His "Carved Wall Sculptures" crossed dimensional boundaries to allow familiar faces of his paintings and drawings to "jump" off the canvases and life-size bronze sculptural installations connect the dots from flat canvas to exposure of 3 dimensional details of the power of human emotions now in life-size manifestations.
- The Chrysalis Genre is where Yuroz continues his journey to innovate at the level of invention not thought possible, Yuroz harnesses modern technology with electronic software tools that populate a drawing board or a plaster maquette with his custom design elements, transforming all mediums of the artist’s work throughout.
: 2-D mediums of futuristic representation with an endless array of style, color and compositional proportions only achievable through an arsenal of traditional master’s craftsmanship derived from tools such as a paintbrush, a chisel or a carving knife.
: 3-D romantic sculptures emerged with enriched expressiveness and details reduced to only allow the essence of movement to emerge as the focal point of each work. “The Nirvana Collection” and “The Conversation Series” are examples of this era.
: 3-D Conceptual architectural designs completes this genre with distinct elements of industrial and architectural designs blended into Yuroz’s signature lines and curves to emerge with aesthetics
