Super nice park with a very nice hot tub and pool. We can to stay here to go see Zion ans the only issue is that it is over a 40 minute drive to get the park. Either way it is a really nice park with big sites. The clubhouse is very clean with nice coin laundry machines, the pool and hot tub were very clean same with the bathrooms. There are stickers in the grass that are huge and big ant beds if you aren't paying attention. Nearby activities: Zion is about 40 minutes away, get there early if you want to get parking and beat the crowd. Food & drinks: Black bear diner is not too far and they have great food with great portions.
Very welcoming at Zion. we moved here in May and was staying at a different RV park W. W. Though it had grassy areas and several open lots the entire time of our stay at said other park yet we were never allowed to move our trailer, we was placed right next to the office up against a fence and only concrete out our front door. There was myself, daughter, and 1 year old grandson we made it work the best we could but it being a big move and both of us down sizing dramatically the change was a bit tense at first plus the heat and all the moving we had a few arguments but only lasting a few min we love each other and got over it fast within our first week we was told we would be evicted if we even had 1 complaint and lucky they were letting us stay. We were told the grass area behind our RV was shared our neighbor was rarely home and when was never out side we used the grass area 1 day with the baby and we was wrote up for encroaching on others space. We had requested to be on a list for permanent lot through the winter and told there was no room for us though there remained several open lots. People were smug ignorant and condescending towards us never feeling we were welcome. My daughter came to Zion park and they were full though hearing our situation they didn't let her leave finding her a spot and welcoming us in. She has lived at Zion just over a month and I left to Phoenix she has stated how happy and comfortable she has felt here and truely seeing how the previous park actually was burdening on our lives literally she is so happy they forced us to leave to bad it hasn't happened sooner because Zion park all around offers amenities to enjoy but most importantly a sense of belonging and comfortability . I highly recommend this park to others visiting or staying amount all other park in this area.
The prices are amazing with all the ammenties you get! Karen and Gordan the camp hosts are hands down the reason I give this 5 stars. They go above and beyond! Salt of the earth people. The showers, pool, hot tub, mini golf course... everything here has been exactly what I've needed. Thank you Service: 5/5
If you have kids and plan on a weekend trip, this isn’t the place. It is mostly long-term rentals with some trailers as well. It is not majority campers who come for vacation. So, no kids seen anywhere and I wouldn’t let my kid walk around by themselves. It’s tidy with a few places looking a bit sketchy, but people aren’t out walking, drapes are pulled, just not a friendly vibe. The pool desperately needs some attention, paint peeling off all of the walls, kind of depressing, and 3 plastic chairs for your stuff.
We recently visited Zions Gate RV Resort , At first I was a little skeptical after reading a previous review I had read but I’m so glad we decided to give it a chance! First of all We called to make a reservation and spoke with Karen whom was very very kind and so accommodating it was absolutely wonderful customer service, I mean WOW what an awesome woman! When we arrived the first thing we noticed is how clean and kept up the property was, it was truly beautiful and so much shade provided in the lots! We were greeted by Gordan right away whom directed us to our reserved lot and offered Assistance pulling into the lot, he was very kind and knowledgeable and so helpful we were instantly sold on this slice of heaven!! We were able to connect to the power and water instantly with no trouble! The clubhouse was warm and inviting with lots of space and very clean the only thing I really noticed that could’ve been updated was maybe the painting on the walls around the pool but have dealing with HOA myself I completely understand how long these things can take to be approved and the work order started. That being said the paining wasn’t bad it just could’ve been updated. The area was beautiful and there was so much to do! Before departing we got the pleasure of meeting the property management Curt and Jackie, such an awesome couple they were so kind and Went out of their way to go through their scheduling and books to accommodate us to stay an extra night that was unplanned due to an unexpected maintenance issue with our vehicle! I would absolutely recommend this place to everybody I know and even those I do not know this was an amazing experience and we will be returning for many years to come! Wish I could give it a ten star rating!!
Kurt and Jackie are some of the friendliest people you will ever meet and they run an absolutely phenomenal camping experience! Located right in the center hub of everything in combination of the excellent weather it is truly a great place to stay. The indoor swimming pool, club house, and Jacuzzi are unmatched at any other location. I love visiting and am always well taken care of! Keep up the fantastic experience, nothing but good vibes. :
We love this rv park. We have been here since May and have to leave due to work circumstances but will be coming back again. The managers have been wonderful to work with, the park is safe and very quiet and it's close to both reservoirs, a few minutes from the interstate, 10 minutes from Hurricane, 15 minutes from St George. The indoor pool has been a life saver this summer and the hot tub has been great in the evenings when it's cool enough to enjoy. The laundry room uses an app that you load money onto, which is nicer than carrying a pocketful of coins and the machines work great. The best part about this park? All of the sites have shade. Highly recommend for anyone visiting or looking for a long-term spot.
RV spot is spacous. You can walk to Walmart. Jackie,Kurt,Karen and Phillip are wonderful. Very helpful. Walkability: You can walk to walmart Jackie and Kirt were wonderful.
