I honestly liked this obgyn but I was on hold for 3 hours and I did not move to caller #1 until 4:30 then they hung up. This is ridiculous!!!!! I waited all day to get my questions answered. The office hours say they close at 5 so I honestly don’t understand why my call ended at 4:30. Being on hold for 3 hours with only 3 people ahead of me is ridiculous. This is the worst customer service I have ever received and I will definitely stop recommending this place to people. DO NOT BOTHER CALLING UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE 3 HOURS OF YOUR LIFE!
I just left the doctors office after being on hold for over an hour. No one helped me, they didn’t even try. Told me to go to urgent care. My doctor is out until November. I guess no one can replace her. Customer service is very poor. No one ever answers the phone. If you really need assistance don’t go here.
Dr Whitfield was amazing. She was very attentive and thorough with my questions. The ENTIRE staff was extremely friendly and Tonya and Melissa are awesome! Love this office. Found my go to place for all my gynecology needs.
My doctor is amazing I'm in good hands with her but just making an appointment is insane. The first time I tried making an appointment a few years ago with their portal, I got all the confirmation emails and everything just to go in and for them to tell me that the online system isn't integrated with them and I shouldn't use it to schedule appointments. I notice that this is still an issue so I don’t schedule online. But then having to call to schedule appointments is such a pain. I've been on hold for over an hour and a half which happens very often and the appointments end up having to be scheduled later than needed. The only reason I still come here is bc Dr Principe is really good, she’s known about my situation and takes care of me and I appreciate her a lot tldr the doctors are great but good luck scheduling an appointment esp when calling
I’ve been a patient at Matlock OBGYN for over 15 years. They have provided consistent good care. I like their new Mansfield location. Their receptionist here is super nice and friendly.
I truly have never experienced a doctor’s office where you cannot communicate with anyone over the phone. It is literally impossible. They have a third party answering service who will get the calls and they are absolutely clueless and are a waste of time. Other than that, If you call during the day and it has to be between 8:15 to 3:00p, or else it’ll be the answering service, you will be on hold for about 30 mins to 1.5 hours. No lie. I’ve never experienced any other office like this in my entire life. The management behind this place needs to be reconstructed, and people need to be fired for letting this be the case. This is a reflection of the clinic and it’s employees too. I would not recommend anyone get their care here because once established you will be in misery trying to get in contact with anyone. I warned you in advance.
I have never seen a place have the worst customer service ever, until I had to call this place. I currently work for a high risk doctor, and called to get a referral for a patient from them. I got hung up on. The lady I was speaking to had an attitude with me. The patient I was getting a referral for had tried multiple times to contact Matlock OBGYN, and she was unsuccessful. The people here are beyond rude, and do not like to be helpful. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.
I really wanted to go to this OBGYN based on the recommendation of a friend but after two and a half hours on hold I guess I will be trying somewhere else.
I had some high hopes when I went in for a consultation involving an IUD, the doctor was kind and helpful so I thought the rest would be pretty easy sailing but I was severely wrong.. I’ve spent the last three weeks calling the office to get my referral sent to another pharmacy and every single time, without fail, the calls aren’t answered. Doesn’t matter if I call during the morning or afternoon, it’s still the same result. Now I’m back to square one and I’m incredibly disappointed.
The front desk is rude and unhelpful. I made an appointment online and received a call less than a week before my appointment saying it was during their staff meeting and I had to reschedule. Their next available appointment is another 6 weeks away! I didn’t have my insurance info on me at the time when they called so they refused to get me on back the schedule. The lady told me to call back when I had it and hung up on me. I’ll be looking for care elsewhere.
