Honestly at first I came with my partner and the only thing I knew how to use were the treadmill and bicycles. Asked a lady to show me around and she even went to the extent of showing me how to use the equipment, while having an injury in her arm. It's a great place to be. Young, nice gym and cool staff I ended up signing up
It's an alright gym when the air conditioning is working. Equipment is usually fixed. However sometimes I find men employees in the ladies changing roooms. Employees are often on their phones and if I'm struggling with a machine they just watch. The lockers have been broken since I signed up last year so no one can lock their things away, many people have complained about that and still they havnt fixed them. I signed up about a year ago and specifically told the guy atleast 3 times that I only want a 1 YEAR contract to which he agreed every time and assured me that it was only a year. I found out today my contract ends in 2022! He also wouldn't show me what I was signing and assured me it was only to confirm the details I gave him. He wouldn't let me read anything and to this day he hasn't sent me the contract like he said he would. I refuse to continue to pay for a poor gym, broken lockers and incompetent staff for the next 2 years.
Has all the essentiAl equipment. Not cramped for most of the day. 24 Hours open. Not able to gym for peak hours last about 30 min. Cable machines are limited especially if they are being repaired.
Well priced gym, great place to unstress and tone ones body. Reliable equipment friendly staff... well priced equipped with a steam room. This gym is nicely air conditioned... a good gym for bodybuilding, powerlifting, cardio training and general fitness... yoga, spinning and palates are also available.

Do not give your banking details. Paid for the whole year upfront. Few days later they deducted , a couple of months worth of fees and 5 months later still promise that head office will refund me. ..still been ignored
25 Fit Gym has the worst management and management approach of all time. This is what happens when people who do not work out get into the fitness industry.
Positive is it's a 24 hour gym, however machines are few and limited. Was disappointed when the pull down bar was taken away.
First time gyming and totally loving it cause the staff is very friendly and quick to assist. Can't wait for the renovations with the spa!!
I enjoy going to gym here. It can get quite hot in winter so the ventilation needs work, but for the price I pay, I cannot really complain.
