I joined during buddy month in July - a friend invited me along! I am a total newbie to CrossFit but have been made to feel so welcome. Super impressed by the coach’s ability to scale exercises to suit every level of skill and fitness. It’s a real vibe too! Highly recommend

Choose this box to join the crossfit family. The coaches are super supportive and friendly to help you on your fitness journey. Not to mention the people that make your feel like family every time you visit. This box portrayes and upholds the crossfit values. I would recommend to anyone who want to get fit, loose wait or just become a stronger better version of themselves.

This is a crossfit gym with extras - spinning bikes, sports conditioning, sports massages and boxing classes. It is well designed and well laid out. The location is great and the instructors are professional, helpful and all round great.

Best box in Benoni by far! The coaches are the best you can find

Awesome place for a super workout. You always feel encouraged to do better and everyone is super welcoming and friendly.

The best decision I've ever made... highly recommend this to anyone who wants to get active and feel part of a family.

I really enjoy my workout session here, the staff are all very friendly, supportive and encouraging!

Great layout, equipment and coaches. Made to feel very welcome and trained like a champion... awesome place.
