I had an amazing experience, great service, good food, stunning views and good music. Their restaurant menu has a wide variety that accommodates everyone.Service: 5/5

The service is extremely poor. The food took approximately 1hr30 minutes to be ready. When we requested to cancel the orders they refused.  The food did not meet the expectations due to long service delivery

Great food, lovely ambience, friendly staff, expect the lady at the main hotel reception, she was rude to us for no reason may she was having a bad day. Overall had a wonderful time there. love itService: 4/5

Location outside not that great, but once you are inside it's beautiful. Their restaurant has gorgeous view of the scenery and the houses around. I liked it and would visit again.Service: 4/5

Above all, we me & my wife were treated like Royalty by the gentleman name Ligege Muchidzi as he was professional and friendly.  Food & drinks: The breakfast was the best.

Rooms are clean and bedding is comfortable. Restaurant food is outpriced and not that great.Rooms: 4/5

The service  at the emm resturant  was so horrible they a short on stuff and the place was  packed and the food was overall  just badService: 1/5

Rooms are clean and decent. Service  is non impressive at all. Staff not helpful  at all. Too rigid and not friendly. Not efficient  at all. The new skybar at MGB serves great  food . None of the MCC on their wine list  was available , they didn't  let  us bring our own  because  they don't have  a corkage  fee . Other waiters  couldn't  even  bring us water because  our waitress was still  busy. Service  level should  really  be improved. MGB looks amazing but overpriced.

The place is beautiful and the food is okay.  Food & drinks: Pizza served different. I would prefer mine just normal round pizza.
