This ground floor unit is situated within a security estate, tucked away in the far corner of the owners property.

Ideal for an individual or a couple, looking for a comfortable stopover or extended stay. This unit is close to various facilities within the Eastern Suburbs.

This spacious unit comprises of a living room with comfortable couch, a 40inch TV with Dstv and free Wi-Fi. The living room leads out onto a private patio with table and chairs and a Weber for braaiing.

The bedroom has a double bed with crisp white bed linen. The bathroom has a shower and bath with white high quality towels.

The kitchen is fully equipped to cook up a storm, and contains a fridge and microwave, a stove with an oven, ample built-in cupboards with crockery and cutlery, and other appliances.

Under cover parking is available for one vehicle with extra parking space for an off-road trailer or even a caravan.

Arrangements can be made to accomodate two children on mattresses.

The accommodation was really lovely. It was so close to the company I had to visit, and the host also shared further details on which direction to use for ease of travel. The room was quite nice and practical. The area is safe and quiet and really fitting for a relaxing afternoon. I enjoyed that there are such a variety of shops close by, which leaves one spoiled for choice. I would recommend this space for either a short or long stay! Amalda is an amazing host, we got an opportunity to contact her directly as bookings gave as outdated information. She and her husband urgently assisted us to book. The environment as expected was good and clean, had our own privacy. It is actually or second time booking here, this is our second home. Very safe and well kept place. Thanks Amelda see you again.
This is a great gem. Such a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. The bed is extremely comfortable with a wonderfully private space. Amelda goes beyond duty to ensure your stay is most enjoyable. Highly recommended.Rooms: 5/5

This is truly a gem! Lovely furnishings in a beautifully decorated space. The unit is very functional and private, and a stone throw away from all the shops and malls the area has to offer. Thank you Amelda for your warm welcome and for making my parents' stay so comfortable! We will definitely recommend 485 on Teresa to anyone travelling to Pretoria.
We had a lovely stay, the place was perfect for my wife and I. It was clean and quiet, it felt safe but still easy to access. Amelda was a great host, quick to respond to our need for a heater, even though we messaged her late in the evening. I would stay again for sure.Rooms: 5/5

Me and mom went to stay for a few days , my mom needed to go for surgery at The Wilgers Hospital. As for me my doggy goes where i go due to my mini yorkie being my mental health support dog. Take note i cleaned up after my doggy for thats good manners anywhere and she rarely barks Amelda supported that and welcomed us. It was lovely to stay there and will definitely stay there again when we need a place to sleep in Pretoria. You feel a bit more safe there because its in a complex. The little house is lovely and we actually miss it ! Felt like we were on vacation almost ,under our circumstances. Thank you so much Amelda for accommodating us Highly recommended
