To hot AC never works properly and that counts for most of the spurs i have been to and as I white customer I never see white staff and that makes me question myself why do i support spurs if Thay can not support all racesFood: 1/5

The service today was very poor. We waited 45 minutes before we were served with drinks. The waiter was not very friendly. People who had arrived after us got their drinks whilst we were waiting for ours. I had to get up and speak to a manager who had to get our drinks herself. I'm a loyal customer of this franchise but my family is really disappointed with the service we received. Hopefully management will try to improve this.

I enjoyed it. The lady who served us was great, friendly and nice. It was already late but they accommodated us.
A family restaurant. The food is good, but not great, as is the atmosphere and service. Definitely worth a visit with younger kids, no necessarily so if you want a quiet night out out.
Food here is done well, the atmosphere is good and customer service is okay I believe there is a room for improvement. Kid-friendliness: There is a good kids play area and the cameras with their display system around the restaurant puts any parent at ease Parking: There is a lot of safe parking available. Wheelchair accessibility: Elevator to the restaurant make for convenient access
