The station is clean with assistants ready to assist. Please note: busses to Menlyn around 7-8am are almost always full, so you might need to make a plan
Areyeng makes life easy in terms of transportation.the staff is always on point, smart and friendly and helpful.A few weeks back I rod a bus to sunnyside and the driver saw one person being attacked by the robbers ..he stopped the bus and every man came out of the bus and helped the man from the robbers.so I always feel safe traveling with Areyeng.keep up the good work
The service is very good and it is safe and the security is very vigilant. The bus stop is always clean and you can see the cleaning staff actively cleaning throughout the day. However the bus arrival boards don't work so you don't know when the next bus will be arriving or any information with regards to the bus schedule. The wait can also sometimes be extremely long with busses sometimes passing without stopping
Peak time busses are always on time. Off peak for F7 and F4 expect between 5 and 10 minutes delay. They are bad to communicate when drivers are strike.
As a transportation service, providing proper service is vital. Your lack of communication when buses are late or will not be working on that day is really a reflection of how little you value the time and convenience of others. It must not be certain routes that have dependable bus schedules. Let it be all!!!
Station spotlessly clean and staff are very helpful. F4 line is mostly on time, but the T1 line often do not keep to it's schedule.
It's so clean and the security officer are always there to assist and making sure you travel safe
Like I said before, the service here is great, but please do something about how long we passengers have to wait for a bus
