Intercape Mainliner Pretoria Depot

There's constantly coacroaches infestation serious problem with Intercape busses and management seems not bothered even after several complaints. Their busses are dirty and unhygienic ie : dirty seats and windows. Food papers on the floor! Bus driver switches off aircon at night and it gets stuffy for one to even sleep as other passengers take off their dirty stinky shoes off!!!

24 hour bus ride with a blocked toilet. Aircon not working Intertainment not working Lights not working Not allowing enough time to use restrooms. It is the holidays. It is busy. Your toilet is not working on the bus. I phoned the customer care line. Their answer was send an email The bus is full. No aircon. Extremely hot.

Only gave it one star because I could not give a zero. So first the bus gets delayed. We left 30 minutes late. Then we get stuck in Ongwediva for three hours mechanical problem . Then again in Otavi waiting another bus coming from Windhoek . We have been waiting for some min and it was raining . arrived in Windhoek 08h00 in the morning sitting in a bus for 15hours Extremely disappointed.

There are cockroaches on the bus. The toilet reeks. If could give it zero, I would.

We have been waiting for a supposed mechanic for 2 hours. Surely had they requested a new bus, we'd have arrived in Durban by now. Extremely disappointed.

Bus smelled horrible, sewage. It was over crowed with no ventilation during the Covid-19 pandemic. Mask wearing wasn't enforced. There was only one 15 min bathroom break for an 8 hour trip. The bus played Christian and Jesus related shows on loop the entire drive. And the bus dropped us off 20 mins late

This deserves 0 stars. Ive been waiting for 2 hours ar the bus stop. No sms or phone call to let me know about a delay. This happens everytime.

If there was zero star i would give them, bad service and the toilets smelled horrible especially for the customers seating next to the toilet. Its a pity greyhound is nolonger in service ..way better than intercape .They must provide air freshner for their toilets pretoria-Malelane

My mother had the worst experience in this bus. The staff once they see old age coming from SA, they have a tendency of demanding money from him/her at every station saying we loaded your bagsto where. Paid R316 for the laggage but funny enough the person who went with the bus demanded money in pretoria and demanded money again in Joburg, everytime he will be saying i loaded your bags, To hell with INTERCAPE. Fake bus!!!

Very friendly staff and clean bus excellent air conditioning I would recommend only roadblocks takes a long time
