We waited 4 hours in Maritzburg with no communication whatsoever from this so called business, only to be dumped at Park Station told that they’ll be a bus coming to get us. No bus has come. Pathetic service. DO NOT USE
Well highly doubt I will be using this bus service in the future, as seems being late on various routes are regular occurrence, booked a bus from Cape Town to Pretoria and return from Pretoria to Cape Town recently. Ended up 2 hours late on my first journey, having to get off the bus in Johannes burg and wait for a shuttling bus to Pretoria. Upon return bus leaves Pretoria an 16h30 and shuttles passengers to Johannesburg Park Station to the wait for another bus that only ends up leaving Johannesburg at 20h00, pathetic service is an understatement, on the bus to Cape Town I saw numerous cockroaches leisurely strolling about. I mean no man that is just outright disgusting.
don't waste your time... useless and terrible.... bus has a nest of cockroaches and quite a rude driver ignores safety rules...also aircon was not working properly so the passengers baked to their destination. doesn't deserve any stars
Eldo Coaches services was horrible. The bus was late at the go trip and 3 hours late at the return trip without any alert of the approximate arrival time on the 29th May from Durban to Pretoria. The bus was scheduled for 11am but it arrived at 2pm and got to Pretoria around 12am and there was no empathy or comprise. Furthermore, the bus got involved in an accident and it was alleged that the bus did not have brakes. This was such a very terrible and dangerous trip I've ever experienced. We call upon Eldo Coaches management to improve their customer services and ensure their buses are road worthy for the dignity and safety of people.
Their service sucks. They don't even have customer service, the bus stops anywhere without telling passengers what is happening. They don't sanitize passengers. The customer service lady at Bosman station is no where near a service assistant. Horrible personality to mention but a few words. I will never use Eldon and I will not recommend it to anyone
Worst customer service experience. Bus from pietermaritzburg due to arrive in pretoria at 19:30 but only arrived at 22:30. Like how is it a whole 3 hours late. I'm so mad
0 stars. Email bounces back, undelivered.. Repeatedly. Phone was not answered. Not once. We will not be using your service. If you can't answer the phone, how do we trust that you will deliver a safe reliable service?
Horrible customer service from stuff. Bus arrived 2 hours late to Blue Bird when it was scheduled to pick us up at 8 in the morning,only to come thru at 10, only to drop us off at Park station where we had to wait another 2 hours for another bus..when questioning the reason for that,stuff told us we should just wait. Bus I had booked for was scheduled to leave JHb at 8 in the morning..and due to arrive in Durban at 16:00..ended up arriving in Durban at 22:00
I couldn't sleep because of the smell form the toilet , and the seats are uncomfortable for tall guys.., we however received exceptional service from the staff, and the bus was very clean.
I have had the unfortunate experience of having this company as a tenant in a building I manage in Cape Town. They have zero respect for other peoples property, they trashed the building, ablutions, kitchen etc. Always late with rent, never short of excuses. This company and its culture is the worst.
