Poor service Went today No manners. Rude staff. They help they staff first in the que then customers I rather shop in Pretoria. Really disgusting service for Sandton so called upper class..staff not very upper class. Lazy written all over their faces
Visited the store today had to wait in the que for 12 minutes cashiers only assisting those with card payments no update on what the matter is management needs serious training not be coming back l would rather visit or shop were my money is welcomed disappointed with their service
Bought a cellphone for my son and the teller says they don’t Rica cause Vodacom does self Rica. This became a nightmare cause I had to end up going to a different store to have the phone Rica’d a day later. Incompetent staff.
Loved the wide range of selection on all available items. Was also happy didn't have to go through those long queues that you would find in some places
I have never seen an unprofessional place like that even the manager was rude. Employees there need training .
Staff are very poorly trained and like to play games with consumers. According to the Consumer protection act and your terms and conditions you have 30 days to return an item. It does not specify that you cannot take it to another store. So today Tshitsi and Tulani decided that i must return the item to the store where i purchased my item. Clearly staff are ill informed and poorly trained. Note to self not one more cent will be spent at this chain store- Customer service is PATHETIC to say the least. Oh and the cherry is calling head office - another waste of time.
So ibought Volkano Aries earbuds about 8weeks ago. They've stopped working and itried to return them back,iwas told they can't assist me because idont have a box anymore. Imagine R500 gone just like that.
I'm checking on your closing time and it's was saying you are still opened ....you closing at 9....but I get to the store its closed already at 19:45......when I look at the operating time writen on the door it says public holiday and sunday you close at 18:00.....and other day you close at 20:00.....what a worst of fuel from cresta.Please fix it for others
When looking for Boys gloves in the Sandton Ackermans store I was given a run around by the staff on the floor. What made matters worse was when I asked the store manager - Salome - for assistance she told me there were no gloves in the store. When Leaving to go to another clothing store I noticed quite a variety of gloves on a lower display rack in the boys section. How the staff did not know of this is one thing, but How Salome the manager did not know is astounding. What's more is that she was quite nonchalant and dismissive when raising the matter with her. So she was unhelpful when asking if there were gloves. Didn't know that there were gloves, and then when raising the concern she was nonchalant about the oversight. Surely this is not an encouraged and acceptable service level offered by Ackermans Management.
