I don't always get good service at some retailers, but need to mention the awesome service I got from Mary Ramollo, at the jewellery counter on Saturday. She was such a delight and helped me with such a good vibe. Love to look her up when I return there again.

I am so so thankful to the helpful staff from the Sandton City. Thank you importantly to Sharon and Maggie who went out of their way to assist me in my dilemma . Such polite and caring ladies. Ngyabonga kakhulu and you truly represent Truworths exceptionally. Thank you so much. Keep up the great service

I always Shop here and I love it the stuff is friendly and supportive when need assistance. The customer service is excellent and the environment is clean. It is wheelchair accessible as well

The security who was on duty on the 27th August 2022 is rude and disrespects womxn. He gave me an unpleasant experience after shopping. I will lay a formal complaint against him to the security company that he works for and Truworths. He was disrespectful and wasted my time checking one item.

Good service. Good range of adult and kids clothing. Found more options here than what we normally find in other centres.

Horrible service. Staff are unfriendly and dim. Don't have any way of speaking to a customer. Pathetic

Was there this morning, Tshepo was extremely helpful in helping me try on jackets. He even carried them to the till for me. Felt like a celebrity with a personal assistant loll Massive place. The staff were very friendly towards me. Highly recommended

In December l bought a perfume that had a gift bag. The lady indicated that she will receive stock gift bag in January and advise for collection . On follow -up, the response is that we will get back to you until now in March 2019. How is this for customer service? I am really disappointed with the treatment.
