Great experience. Was a short meeting though it did not go the way I wanted the lady whom I had a meeting with was great. Will revisit the place about the same meeting.
Poor service I received from Eugene,Jan and Marlene after having paid cash for the house on 02/10/2020 and 05/02/2021 for a 100square meter. I had to go on site every week from February until May 2021 even went to AIDA Sefako Makgatho Office on 2 occasions to be heared of my concerns As if not enough in May I was asked to sign the Happy letter by Marlene whilst crooked bathroom door wall,lounge door wall and cracked bedroom 2walls were not fixed. There was no water and electricity on the house but I was expected to say I am happy. I was handed the house on 25/05/2021 with the main bedroom toilet seat without cover,cracked tile on basin which was never replaced to date,water tank tap not supplied to date,IE blocks not supplied to date,roofing waterproof underlay not supplied to date. I will never advice anyone to do business with AIDA and will use all platforms available to get what's due to me
Very poor service from the agent, Marinda. Poor service from the directors when we experienced difficulty with the pool, Tshwane account and landlord. The agency definately only protects the interest of the landlord and sides with him.... No matter what the tenants queries to be. Will not recommend them at all
Poor service if something must get fix they sent a handyman not a professional to do the job never rent from Debbie Minaar after 5years renting from them they kept my R6000 deposit because they say the flat is dirty I didn't know it will cost R6000 to wash floors and walls
