Since 2000, PipeFlo (also pronounced pipe flo, or pipeflow) has supplied a multitude of high density and low density pipes to lots of satisfied customers.
PipeFlo manufactures high density polyethylene pipes (HDPE pipes) from 20 mm up to 450 mm Outside Diameter (OD) in a variety of SDR and PN values.
These HDPE pipes can be used in a variety of applications such as mining, horizontal drilling, construction, irrigation and for conveyance of borehole water. Our pipes are used throughout South Africa and are exported into countries such as the DRC, Philippines, Cameroon, Namibia, Lesotho and Zambia.
Other products we manufacture are: Inserts for the manufacture of brushes, sleeves for conveyor idlers, tubing for telecommunication market past obstacle drilling and material for the fabrication of stubs.
PipeFlo has an in house laboratory which does Melt Flow Index (MFI), tensile, elongation, oxidation induction time (OIT) on our raw material and our pipes. Pipes are also hot and cold water tested to ensure that only pipes of a high quality will be delivered to our customers.
Each pipe is individually inspected by trained quality controllers on each shift and can be traced to material used, time, date and shift manufactured. Certificates of conformance available for each product manufactured. Material compliance with certificates of approval also available.
We also supply low-density polyethylene pipes (LDPE pipes), fittings, stubs, flanges and accessories and welding services.
