Good prices , Terrible service , 8/10 times you will wait long time for bulk purchases from factory shop , no concern for customers time . One of many examples: Stock take at 8.30-9.30 am in the morning ‍ Customer must come again… Absolutely FRUSTRATING dealing with them , Don’t expect any cooperation from management

The warehouse shopfront is not impressive I would suggest you buy from take a lot instead, that's if you desire the experience of finding safe parking.

Whenever you want a combination of quantity, quality and good prices, Akila is the place. A good range of rice bags with different fragrances and tastes. Good spices and all at affordable prices. However it will be clever to visit them between Monday and Thursday, preferably before 1pm. Fridays are sometimes packed and there's only one cashier and not many parking spaces.

Please get your place to smell better. I know you are a food manufacturer but there are many ways to get your act together so that it does not smell like a slaughter house

Been doing business with them for years. Visited the factory and was blown away by how efficient they are. All manufacturing and import certificates in place. Raw product are of a good quality but most importantly their follow time on queries and replacement of broken bags is phenomenal. Their range of products are growing and love the new packaging. General Manager is very hands on.

Non-existent customer service, when asking a staff member for help, he seemed too busy on his phone than wanting to assist. No parking for customers, in a parking lot designated for customers??? Not a place I would go back to in a hurry.

It's a shopping place food, you find rice, beans etc... But the service is poor, no parking as well.

I have been a loyal Akila customer for years. But since the new packaging it seems as if the quality of rice changed as well especially with the Thai Fragrant rice. Its not the same any more and not the quality it used to be. What changed?
