I have been using UCOOK for a good couple of months now. It is great value for money and the dishes are always tasty and good quality. Deliveries are always on time. I love that the boxes and packaging can be sent back and they are reused. I would never be able to recreate their dishes at the same price if I had to shop for everything myself. Also love the fact that there is no waste as the portions are very accurate. Well done UCOOK.
Not a happy customer. Changed address on my profile before saving my cart. Delivered my box to incorrect address. Tuesday still no delivery, got a call at 9pm woke me from my sleep. Wednesday, UCook decides to cancel my order without notification. Not a phone call to explain what they are doing. Just not good enough!!
I've been using uCook for around a month now and am so grateful they've finally launched in PE. Each meal is deliciously flavourful, the quality is amazing and fresh, the recipes are unique and unlike anything I'd usually opt to make and we've not had a single miss - every meal has been nothing short of a 5-star experience. My husband and son 9 years old cook the meals together each night; the instructions are easy to follow, the meals are generously sized and we're experiencing flavours and meals out of our comfort zone and enjoying every minute. Additionally, I have to compliment the thoughtful collabs to promote local companies. The flowers for mothers day was such a nice touch, and the Phytoceutics vitamin spray resulted in me buying one of each variant. So so happy!
I always found myself wasting food as a single working person. The fresh food would just go bad before I could get to it all. Ucook provides healthy meals with just the amount you need for that meal. The meals are fresh, delicious and always a good portion. The recipes are also made to be easy to follow. Ucook also has a recycling reuse system in place for all those boxes!
I can't say enough about Ucook. I have been using them for about a year now and have been so pleased with the quality of the food and how easy it all is to make such tasty and beautiful meals. I actually could not cook a year ago. My food was boring and tasteless but I have learnt so so much. I can now confidently say "I can cook".
Ucook has changed the way our family eats. Convenient delivery, high quality meat and vegetables and a huge variety. The menus from different chefs gives variation and makes it fun to cook and eat healthy high quality meals without having to plan and shop.
I started using uCook in 2020 and I’ve never looked back. It has honestly changed my life! I love that for 3x a week I don’t have to think what we’re going to have for dinner. The food is amazing and I love the convenience of it. Ucook has also changed my perception of cooking, I enjoy cooking so much more and I’ve learnt so much! Keep up the amazing company you are!
I've been using Ucook for a few years now and cannot imagine not having this. I really dislike cooking, but with Ucook's simple instructions and interesting recipes, I've learned how to make delicious food without fuss. I love the fact that nothing gets wasted with exact amounts for each ingredient provided. The option that I can choose a meal kit for just 1 person, also helps so much with not wasting food. The ingredients are always fresh, locally sourced, with excellent quality fish and meat. One of the best things about Ucook is that I don't have to come up with an idea for supper! If don't feel like ordering Ucook for a particular week or weeks, I just pause my subscription. Support is also great - if I have any problems or questions, I am helped very quickly by friendly support staff. I love Ucook!
Terrible delivery, didn't organise a time properly, left boxes with security on its side so lots of the food had spilled. Wish I could say the food was tastey enough to give it more stars. The packaging is so stupid, the glue you use to seal the plastic to the aluminum means I can't put it in the oven because I don't want melted plastic in my food. Having to cut the top of with scissors each time gets me so frustrated.
So, I subscribed for Ucook this week and chose my menu before the billing date. I received an email to confirm my subscription. Today, I wanted to follow up as I noticed that the money has not been debited from my account yet. Only for support to advise that they will not be delivering to outlying areas next week. No warning, no notification or anything to give me the option to change the address to my work address in CPT or to a friend’s address so that I can still receive the meals for next week. No solution was provided, just sorry. I think it’s pathetic that nowhere on your website or social media have you advised your customers that you cannot supply to the outlying areas next week and not even bother to let those know who did have a subscription.
