Ambulance Emergency Plumbers

The people at Plumb Ambulance are very friendly but they have no understanding of listening to requests from customers and over charge without any explanation. They did not do work I asked them to do which means I will have to pay another call out fee for this. They also charged the Call out fee with one hour labour included and an additional half hour to change the geyser temperature. That was really all they did as they did. Despite numerous requests for comment I did not get the curtesy of a response. I would definatelly not recommend them to anyone else.

So Plumb Ambulance steal thermostats while in your roof, criminal behavior! They want to charge you close to R700 call-out fee for this shocking service. I will be taking this up with Pretor Mooikloof Ridge Body Corporate as this is absolutely shocking!

Pathetic service. 4 days without warm water. Geyser installed but not connected to the power supply. Claiming the electrical connection is too short now and that I have to get an electrician to connect the geyser. This was just a replacement of a leaky geyser that has now turned into a nightmare with Plumb Ambulance invoicing for a new geyser that doesn't work. This is a provider appointed by Santam insurers. Santam please take note of this as well as all the otherp poor reviews above.

Absolutely shocking. The only reason i gave one star is so i could give a review. One star is being very, very conservative. We had a pipe burst in our l complex in highfield. For some weird and bizarre reason the body corporate hired these amateurs. Pipe burst on friday morning, they cut of our water in the early afternoon. Said they can't find a part, so buggered of home. Left us with no water throughout the night. Only came back to work at about 09h20 the next day. Still couldn't get the pipe fixed. Eventually got it fixed at 17H20. I am an engineer, and if i was their boss i would have fired the whole lot of them. Just standing around with their hands in their pockets, otherwise on their cell doing anything else but their job. Their web sits says they have fully stocked parts. That's a lie otherwise they would not have spent a day looking for the part they needed. As an engineer, I know poor business practices, and this company is a prime example of that. Please be warned that these people are lazy and have absolutely no Idea what they are doing. Please, PLEASE stay clear of them.

My third time using them and am a happy client as always. Their guys who actually do the work are amazing. Absolutely top notch! Professional, efficient, meticulous and likeable. Thanks to Alfonso and Danie for their great service and going the extra mile.

Thank you Chris for getting back to us, painting the ceilings and refund us. Appreciate. Very very bad service. For more than a month they are not getting back to us to paint ceilings and pay us back for work they had to redo after their faulty work. Chris is now for 4 weeks not returning our calls and never availble.

Water leak detection in garden : Excellent work done. Found the leak and repair the leak. Professional, on time and responsive.

Very professional service and quality work, they replaced a burst geyser on a sunday night. Certified work and I highly recommend them!!!

I made use of them for the second time in a year and the service has been fast, efficient, cost effective and courteous every time. Will definitely recommend them.
