Great, fast & reliable service for our Elderly Mom on Monday morning and again at night of the 15th November 2021. Friendly and caring. Wish I took their names, as it was the same people both times. Happy knowing theres a service like this we can trust and count on when there's an emergency.
Ambulance was quick to arrive and the paramedics were great. Extremely disappointed in whoever handles the accounts though. I was called by a woman named Madelein from Life-Line Emergencies literally two days after the ambulance took me to hospital, in my hospital bed in the Trauma Unit, after just suffering heart failure and a pulmonary embolism, demanding to know when they can expect payment. Seriously? This woman had absolutely no compassion or understanding for the severity of my condition, as she continued with her incessant calls and emails. Even after settling my account, emailing proof of payment and after explaining for the umpteenth time that I was still in recovery, she claimed that she could find no proof of payment and kept harrassing me. Totally unprofessional!
I was transported to Zuid-Afrikaans Hospital by Eddie and Helen on 27th June 2019. They were very helpful, professional and kind, and put me at ease. Thank you both! Mrs L Spies.
