Food was yummy, service was not up to par due to being short staffed but the waitress worked her butt off, and I commend her for that. +My son enjoyed the environment.. Kid-friendliness: My son had a good time in the play room

What an experience, Special is an understatement of note, first i was recieved by the watron and taken to my table in the upstairs kiddies are although I was alone for lunch, as i arrived at my table i was asked to wait while all the cellphones of the staff was unplugged and removed from my table where i was to be seated, next i orderd a coffee, never do that ever the coffee was so bitter that even 4 sugar sashes was not enough to makebit drinkable, sadly i had to sendbit back and asked for a coke instead, I orderd a traditional burger and chips, waited for 30 minutes, The food came and boy was i hungry it presented so beautifully and appetizing that i wanted to digg right in, however as you will see with the picture there was a huge blob of equipmet oil or equipment grease on my bun very much obvious if you looked at the quality of food you serve your guests, but i guess not warrant for attentiin or exchange of the bun according to the staff, in my time there i never saw a manager not even once that was strange as i know that they normally do rounds at your table as soon as your food arrives, so no one to assist with any of my complaints, and lets face it the waiter should after the 3rd issue called the manager however i finished what was edible on my plate and asked for the bill, i waited another 10min for that as the printer was downstairs, paid my bill and left, uppon exiting the spur i knew why tgerebwas no attention on the floor by the managers, they were huddled around the female waitress showing them a fideo or something on her phone, Thanks for the super experiance ill be sure never to reccomend anyone there ever again,

Nice service, fantastic friendly stuff. We even tipped R400 bucks. Because it was great. But the chief made a mistake of giving me a half-done steak than well-done as I requested. But even so, I was great. I enjoyed itFood: 5/5

The experience was awesome at Vaal Mall. From the lead up to getting the table to the time we left, we were treated well. Got served by a lady named Tlholo and she was professional at all times.Food: 4/5

The service was very very slow which is why they always have customers queing from outside waiting to be sitted. There wooden eating boards are not that appealing. Food was tasty.Food: 3/5

Ordered a toasted chicken mayo. Not much chicken and very little mayo. Ordered a castle light draft ok. Ordered another one received a castle lager. Reported all to manager, shrugged his shoulder. I will not be back!

Lovely place and child friendly. Staff also very friendly and helpful. My daughter took Ouma & Oupa there today with our little grandson, 3 years old. He absolutely loved it playing in the play area and enjoyed some ice cream.........his top favourite!!

Was at your place at 21:10 ,they said they are closed . According to Google your trading hours says you are operating until 21:30.All I wanted was a take away. Highly disappointed Parking: The lady was helpful
