Very unsatisfied bought 2x portions of dunk wings, sous was runny and disgusting we called head office they said they wil let the store call me and nothing and its expensive hardly and sous and the the little that was there was runnyFood: 1/5
Is this the new standard for KFC? Small, flat piece of chicken, with lettuce and a little mayo on the colonel burger. This is very disappointing as you pay full price and you don’t get what you pay for. The last picture is what is being advertised compared to what you get…Food: 1/5
So this is how we are now doig twisters at KFC thank you so much i really appreciated not getting to eat my twister the right way instead i had to eat it peace by peace because it wasnt wrapped properly. What a dissapointment also no lettice and or cheese on my double crunch burger just tomato and chicken..... well done!!! Great dissapointment.
Not very friendly staff. Placed order waited some time. Couldn't wait to get our finger licking Chicken. What a DISSAPOINTMENT!!!! Chicken was hard/dry. The chips were ok but the cabbage/coleslaw salad had a weird taste as it's sour going off. Un eat able. What a waste of money and such a big disappointment. Parking: Ample parking but no wonder as food was awful!
Best of the best, I got nothing bad to say. Just they don't allow trolleys, so it's a bit of a challenge when you go alone as you'll have to park the trolley outside as you place your orderFood: 5/5
The Ice Cream machine was out of order but we were still able to order online. When we get to the store , we went to the collection counter and was ignored for 5 minutes before someone decides to help us. The lady was rude and couldn't explain properly or even offer an alternative. Very disappointed.
I ordered a fully loaded box, the meal was ok however I'm very disappointed at the store management, the store does not offer any trays for customers, we have to see to ourselves where we place our meal when dinning in.how hygienic is that. and your cashiers says it with big attitude.
The service is always bad shame , there are 3 tills , but only one cashier. The line is long and the got my order wrong. The two times I used drive-thru , they didn't sell ice cream , and the other time they card machine was not work , they will let you sit in the long drive-thru line and tell you that information when it's time to order , rather than putting a notice/sign letting people know.
I hate KFC from vall mall, those ladies it's like they doing you a favour , they don't wanna serves people, with attitude,and they will talk among themselves while the que is long .you have to wait for minutes just to get 2 pieceFood: 1/5
The services is really bad. The cashiers do not know how to talk to customers and it is not the first time they do that and the tables are really dirty. They did not even give me a tray.
